To Chipotle Management of Chipotle at 1039 El Monte Ave Ste A -When I walked into the store there was a sign that said they were ONLY doing Digital Orders. I and multiple other people who walked in saw that sign and were immediately upset because we expected to place our orders the normal way in the line. I saw at least 4-6 people read the sign and immediately turn away and leave the store.I attempted to scan the QR code on the sign and it opened a blank web page on my iphone. The same thing happened to the older woman next to me. She decided to leave and go eat somewhere else.I attempted to pull up the Chipotle website or download the app but I couldn't get cellular service inside the restaurant. I walked closer to a window and still couldn't load the website or download the app.So I went to the front register and let them know I was not able to get good enough cell service to place an order and asked them what we can do. They told me to try going outside and placing the order. At this point I was ticked off. This was the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had at a quick serve restaurant and I let them know this was a terrible experience. The Chipotle employee, Carlos, told me I should email management about it and didn't really care one bit about customer service. I'll make sure to let everyone know to never go to this Chipotle and to remember that this Chipotle would rather have you order from your phone instead of the traditional walk-in and order process.This needs to be resolved by providing free Wifi if you are going to tell your customers they can only order from their phones. I didn't see any signs for free Wifi. And your employees didn't care to help anybody - They'd rather have us walk out the door and eat somewhere else. You should know better Chipotle.

Take your business elsewhere. Made an online order, got to the store around 9:15 pm and they locked the doors already and cleaning up. I was standing outside knocking for 5-10 minutes and the staff saw me but paid me no attention. I already paid so I needed to grab my pickup, I finally pointed at my phone and the staff understood and opened the doors and let me come in to get my order. There were other online orders still on the shelves. Like why in the world would you lock the doors when you know there are people coming to get their online orders. Worst chipotle ever, and will never be ordering from here again. If had not opened the door then, I for sure would have called amex to do a callback on the charge. Why say close at 10 pm then if you are just going to lock out and ignore customers that come more than half hour before closure? As far as I know, chipotle across the nation closes at 10, beyond disappointing.

We were given an abnormally small burrito - about half the size as usual. Honestly not a big deal, we just went in to have it remade, but the manager seemed to be straining to process the situation? ? Thankfully the young man working the assembly counter took over and whipped up a replacement burrito very quickly and kindly...hopefully a spot opens up soon for him to be promoted.

I've come to expect chipotle to mess up my food in new and novel ways but usually I just eat it. This time however I was given a very small burrito. I talked to the staff about it and they were great! But the manager came out and didn't seem to believe that it was too small. But it clearly is, it's less than half the size they always are. I'm not sure why he is a manager, he doesn't seem very bright and he definitely is not personable. It seems like the staff are much more intelligent and suited for that job but whatever. I'm just glad I don't work for that neanderthal.

Went to chipotle to get my regular order and came at the time noted in the app. I, along with 15 others, waited 40+ minutes to fill our orders. The cashier was not helpful with inquiries on cancelling the order and getting support from the line cooks to get me my order (“we can’t do that”. I watched as people came in and had food made on the spot, while I was told to wait for the large order to be filled (one person doing online orders). This is probably the 4th time this has happened in the last few months. Suggestion: 1) get real wait times on the app 2)work out a process / system that handles overflows or a dedicated person doing one off catering so it doesn’t impact the flow of online orders. I do online orders because I don’t have the time to wait. In total I physically waited 38 mins at Chipotle to get my food, not acceptable.

This place is constantly out of items and hasen't made chips for months. The manager refuses to fix the mistakes that they make and continue to charge customers for the items they are out of after they have been ordered. Chipotle has been going down hill at all locations but this one is bottom of the barrel. Go elsewhere and let this one close.

Went to chipotle dealt to get my regular order. Most time I get a bowl and get my rice in beans on the side so they don't mix in with the meat. I was disappointed when charged extra for the two items that I have gotten on the side for years on top of it all they could process my free meal so after waiting a while I just left without my meal. Whe. I called to express this to Dimitri he was too busy to listen and talked/yelled over me so when I tried to talk he said I was the one talking over him. He never even heard what I had to say. Such a bad store. I am so upset I am sitting outside writing this.

The worse Chipotle I have seen in the country (why I say country cause I travel alot and this is the worst place ever). I generally come here during lunch hours and they are always out of food items at 1pm in the noon! Which is ridiculous!!! The employees are super rude, lazy, disinterested and sort of high. If they are out of items they tell you to your face we don’t have anymore. They have so many employees doing nothing just roaming as if in a park!!!! They have a “I don’t give a fuck” attitude. I wonder how this place is surviving.And if they don’t have items they don’t even lower the price. I am vegetarian sometimes and if they don’t have veggies, why should I pay the full amount? The most disappointing store!!

This is hands down the WORST Chipotle Ive ever ordered at. we've been 3 times, ( I know, I know...why do we keep going back??!) ALL 3 times, they've gotten our orders wrong, and not just a little wrong, "you gave us someone else order wrong" we've ordered from uber eats twice and had to go back to the store to get the right order, they never have chips even though it lets you order it online, then forcing us to go through the reimbursement online (which for a bag of chips is it even worth it?) and they're always short staffed. I feel for them, I do, which is probably why we kept going back, but after the manager was rude to us this time, we will never be returning to this branch.

I’ve been to a few Chipotle, but this one isn’t well run. Lines are usually long and slow moving, usually because the staff are not well trained and the prep line moves very slowly. It seems most servers are new by the way they scoop out the ingredients, and they don’t know how to properly wrap the burritos. No sign of a manger on duty to make sure things are running smoothly so it feels like it’s just some teenagers doing whatever they want...
