Ordered Thali - it costs around 17$ and it was average, I would try other restaurants for Thali next time.Rajma, daal, Chole, Raita - not that goodCabbage, Kheer, Veg korma, Roti- pretty good
The attitude of the staff was very high headed. We ordered Gobi Manchurian as starter and capsicum curry and kadai paneer as main course, and all three of them had the same gravy base. We did complain the same to the management but they were too high headed to acknowledge it. I would never recommend anyone going to this place. The only good thing was their chapatis/rotis without ghee which was freshly made.
Visited on a Saturday for dinner and the place was almost empty. Appetizers were barely passable. We ordered roti, sabji and biryani for main course. They served the biryani before the rotis, funnily. The appetizer (Gobi Manchurian), capsicum curry, and kadai paneer all had the same curry base, and everything was sweet. The only dish which was well made was the rotis. They were well roasted and thin. The staff did not acknowledge the same curry base when we mentioned it to them.
I am giving it 5 stars for its ambience and service. The food was pretty good too. Paani Poori came with 4 types of toppings and 2 types of chutney which was very exciting. Chaat Basket was a unique treat; puris shaped like small bowls and filled with yummy toppings. Idli Manchurian was alright and tasted as a Manchurian should. If you are a big fan of Idli then do try it. The prices are average too considering it’s in Mountain View.
We stopped by for quick chaat - dahi Puri sevi Puri and Pani Puri. At first it looks like a place that has origins in Gujarat and by the menu, food and the way the dishes were served we had a stronger feeling. The sev Puri dahi Puri was great. The paani puri paani didn't have the right flavors. It was more like jal jeera. But overall a good place and worth trying it out.
Chat Paradise literally .We ordered multiple chaats and it was very delicious. We did took tea along with it . Really very good place and highly recommended to satisfy your chaat bud.
This is one of the best places in the Bay Area for homecooked style Indian food. The staff is hardworking and always ensure a great experience whenever I come here with friends. I’ve been multiple times and have tried their Dal Fry, Paneer Dishes, Appetizers and have always been impressed with the quality. Me and my friend come here at least once or twice a week. The owner is also a nice guy and has been running the place for decades. Highly recommend!!!
This is North Indian cuisine. We have ordered vegetable biryani and aloo paratha. The quantity of the food was good. Vegetable biryani is not a biryani, it's rice cooked with all vegetables. Aloo paratha was bigger than personal pizza. We felt like something was missing while eating it. Their raitha was awesome. Their service was quick. The restaurant was very neat.
YOU NEED THIS FOOD! Not only was every dish perfect, but they kindly included extra pickles and sauces in our order. The service was so friendly at the restaurant, and the smell was amazing. I highly recommend the Gobi Manchurian, Tadka Dal, and their paratha. Every dish we ordered was delicious though. My sister just moved to the area and I can’t wait to visit her to keep coming to this restaurant.
The food has no taste. Worst Indian food I ever had. ?spend $19 for it.
