I like their juicy big bacon burgers and guacamole burgers for sure its delicious !
Overpriced for fast food. Drive thru slower than other places. Food didn't taste good.
Order for delivery and all i wanted for my double western was to add lettuce not to make it lettuce wrap... and yes i double checked for this but still got lettuce wrap... got $3 from the $65 i spent from doordash :/

I have the new hot honey chicken sandwich waited over 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru for two combos $40.09 it was pretty good but sure not worth $20 each

Every time I come to this location, I am greeted by Francine, the manager, who is so kind, professional, courteous and welcoming. She works a lot and yet it always seems like she’s so happy to be at work. She is truly a genuine person and you can tell she truly loves what she is doing. She is a great asset to the store and the company as a whole. Thank you for everything Francine.
Very sub par fries. I can't understand why people rave about them
This was definitely the worst Western Bacon Cheeseburger I have ever purchased. I ordered a 1/3 pounder and I got a patty that looked like it belonged on a basic McDonald's burger. To top it off, it was overcooked. Burger was awful but the fries were pretty good. The employees that were working during the lunch hour were messing around and not paying any attention to what they were doing. One of them even had a name tag that said manager. I was truely disappointed and won't be back.
I have eaten three times at Carl’s. Santa Fe chicken all three times. First two times in Big Pine, CA. It was soo good.And the last one in Mountain View. It turned out to be okay.Seems like it is not as consistent as Chick-fil-A. But a very good alternative. The fries are good.Not a cost effective place. It is Expensive. Didn’t imagine i would be spending more than $10 in a burger place.
