Used to love their bowls, but am rarely in the area anymore. Happened to be today and stopped by...they were closed! Well within hours posted online and on the door. Lights & menu board on, but stools up and closed. What gives?!

I placed an order through Grubhub, which told me my order was being prepared, and then picked up by the driver. Using the app to follow the driver, I saw the vehicle pass by, and marked as delivered. The driver, Layan, claimed there was no order to be picked up.It seems most likely that my order was stolen by Layan (who should be fired) but I can't even get Bowl of Heaven's side of the events because the phone number doesn't work.

Order two smoothies for pickup through door dash. Door dash said ten minutes, when we arrived on time the woman gave me an attitude and told me she was doing other things and our two smoothies would be 45 minutes. There was no one in the store and nothing going on. When I asked if she could just cancel the order, she rolled her eyes and told me that she didn’t know how to donor on her end and that I would have to do it on my end. If this is your idea of service, I’ll go elsewhere.
The smoothies are amazing but they close randomly without updating hours on line. I have stopped by twice during the hours posted as open, only to find them closed. For the price, you'd think they could afford to be open regular hours.
whenever I come to this store they don't have the fruits to make a simple juice, and they also tell you to comeback in 30 minutes because we're busy taking other orders , I hope I don't waste my time here in this store and they should have responsible people who want to work and not disgusted and bitter people. very bad service. The girls are more interested in other things than attending customers. that's why this store is about to go bankrupt.

The original scare was we didn’t know how to fight it, didn’t want to overburden the hospitals. Hospitals send most people infected home to fight it out there because most are mild cases and they don’t want to infect those struggling to stay alive otherwise. Everyone I know has recovered.It’s here to stay, I’m afraid. This fact should be obvious now that we know at least four dozen government-funded private labs around the world hold libraries of old and new viruses (small pox, measles, flu, etc) that once were thought completely eradicated, which “studies” lead to viruses such as this hyphenated gained function virus. Welcome to the age of pandemia, a step off the path from the space age into the modern dark age where everything we are taught to believe is false because we cannot stop watching/.listening/reading the propaganda called “news,” and have lost critical thought, generally speaking.The news lives ratings. When we are shocked, we watch more, so they shock us more, and the more we watch. We are giving them every reason to sensationalize to the max. They don’t really care if they are correct and accurate, because the money is in viewership. The more controversial, the more we get into it. I used to love bowl of heaven, but a couple months ago I had notice they are not clean they used to be! The door are extremely dirty when we went…window too! The girls attend does not pay attention to the customer!
