One of my best friends is from Seoul. She told me not to eat here. And...Okay, it's pretty tasty! Our soy garlic & spicy chicken was fine. I just think it's unimaginativeLook, it had 3 problems:(1) The chicken meat was pretty flavorless. Clearly was not marinated.(2) The batter was not light and crunchy. It was tasty, but heavy; kind of felt gross after a couple pieces.(3) The flavors were one-dimensional. The three options are: plain, sort of savory, and hot-spicy.Again, it's tasty. It's just, other nearby places (Von's, bb.q) are the same price with a much more nuanced and delicious experience.
the chicken here is solid (not literally, but the flavors were really good!). i got both types of chicken (the have spicy and soy) and neither disappointed. i love that the spicy is *actually* spicy, but not overwhelmingly so. sides were fantastic too—the takoyaki and fries were delicious. the staff and atmosphere was super kind :)
We usually order to-go at Bonchon but not this day. 'twas our first time to order their sides, esp their rice and they did not disappoint.
Spicy fried chicken was good. Need more sauce though. I should've gotten extra side on the side. The other sauce was bland. Also, the bul dak was really bland. Too cheesy and oily. Not spicy either

Had half plain and half spicy. I enjoyed the spicy flavor. Plain was so so. Tteokbokki had some odor that I did not like.
Seems that through Bonchon’s franchise expansion efforts, it has lost its quality and authentic flavors. Too much batter, too dry, too salty, even the pickled radish flavor was off. I wouldn’t order again.
It is a clean parce and the food is good
Split the family deal between me and my friend. Lots of food for a great price. Their fried chicken is really good: nice amount of crunch on the outside and moist meat on the inside. Service at this location was excellent as well.
