It's a standard ice cream shop with standard prices, nothing out of the ordinary, but given the size and shape of the venue being a sliver on the side of the building, and given the current issues from COVID, you will be in a line that is out the door and wrapping around the building two to three stores down, with a queue time of 20-30 minutes. Beyond the control of the people inside, but it's not built very well to withstand the constraints from the pandemic.
I’ve tried to give this location multiple chances but they just seem so rude here. Usually it is protocol to greet guest as they are in-line or waiting to be helped. This lady Rose would not even make eye contact. After saying hello multiple times, which I knew she heard me because I did hello very loud, Rose still chose to ignore us. I will not be returning to this location because they do not embrace acknowledge people who walk through their doors. As a business owner I train my staff to greet customers by saying things such as “Welcome, someone will be right with you.” Or thank you for waiting, we’ll be right with you. This does several things, it creates safety by being aware of surroundings, and it is Just a simple acknowledgement, that we honor and value our customers. Today I was not even agknowedge and I will Not return where they just don’t care. I also suggest if you expect any type of customer service, trained support, or a great experience , this is not the best Baskin Robins, the one in Mt. View is much better and owned by a loving family.
I love the ice cream! My favorite flavor is one that is seasonal - Winter White Chocolate. This location has very good COVID-19 protocols and so I felt safe visiting.
Worst customer service, lady with the glasses working in night shift was very very rude.. she shouted at us cause we bought 6 ice cream and said we took a long time.. we were there for less than 4 mins and the store was empty...she even had audacity to question us about the credit card we used and asked us to verify with identification card...had a very bad experience....never going back to this place
Ice cream is good.Staff is very helpful.They mark ingredients for allergies that is the best part. I would recommend everyone to go there.
AMAZING & AWESOME, when I walked into the store, there was nobody in line in front of me!!!!Two women were in the store, one was taking my order while the other one was making my selection!!!By the time I paid for my ice cream it was already done, and waiting for me, I was blown away, they got the order exactly right and I've never been in and out of there more quickly than I was yesterday!!! GREAT JOB LADIES!!!
Baskin robbins, one of the last og ice cream places left. Great spot to visit for a scoop after dinner or when u just need a lil pick me up from long day. Nice and friendly staff.
The dark chocolate chip on a simple cone is really good!
