I've been gluten free for over 12 years and have to be careful with cross contamination. I would recommend their gluten free pizzas and appetizers. Honestly the best gf pizza I've ever had!
I love the linguini and red clam or white clam sauce and minestrone soup.
I don't know East coast pizza well... but Amici's sure does!! I stopped by their Mountain View, CA, location on a weekday and was impressed.We had a garlic bread and a house salad side, with a spicy chicken and Margherita pizza, 10'' each.The spicy chicken pizza was a standout: perfectly sauced, its tender tasty chicken pieces on a thin, and light, crust that brought all the flavors together.We sat outdoors under the shade of a red umbrella with a view of bustling Castro street. A relaxing spot to grab a slice, really delicious!!
A little bit pricey but totally worth it
Would rate more stars if I could. We got in later than expected from a day trip to San Francisco and most places were closed by the time wegot back especially with it being Labor Day. We asked if they we could put in an order to-go hoping they would say yes and they said absolutely and we could even eat outside. They seated us and never hurried us at all. Wonderful service and will be back again!
Delicious! Best fettuccine with red clam sauce, love it! New haven white clam pizza with very tasty also! Yummy crunchy garlic bread. Very friendly staff and service.
Excellent pizza crust, delicious, and not overly fatty. Succulent bits of tomatoes in the margarita pizza. Super clean restaurant, quick service. Not cheap, but every bite will be worth it. Make sure enroll in their app to accrue purchase points towards free food because this is a rather pricy pizzeria. Chicken wings with lemon and parsley is so addictive. The spice level can skyrocket, so beware! Pizzas are out of the oven quicker than they predict so be sure to arrive earlier for pick up.
