Had no reservation, and were very lucky that they had one last table available for a party of 7 - albeit counter-high chairs. Served with some house chutney and two types of bread. Everyone loved it.The Charcuterie Board was a big hit on our table. The various types of cheeses, as well as figs, high quality dates (they had removed the pits), grapes, some sort of mustard chutney and candied walnuts.I ordered the Spicy Asian Mambo. It was not much spicy, but they had used an Asian sauce which made the flavor pop... The filet was nicely done.The burgers are actually huge. They had a big piece of filet meat in them, which makes them an interesting challenge to eat. Those who ordered them were barely able to finish half of their burger, and the rest went into to-go boxes.By the way, the French Onion soup is extremely filling and can function as an entire entrée.Swordfish was excellent. We requested spicy siracha sauce, which made the taste get even better.The service was very attentive and friendly. They were able to make several accommodations to the food as there were a couple of food sensitivities in our group. Wonderful experience for our entire group.This was our only second time here. The first time we came was several years back when WH had just opened and the experience was bit under-whelming. If there was a option to give more then five stars, I would have. Beautiful atmosphere and great service. Ordered the Scallop Risotto, best I've ever had. Also had a bite of the Fillet Minion, so tender I was able to cut it with a butter knife. Will be back again.
When spending a considerable amount on dinner, you expect certain standards of service. The menu suggested the salads were so large they could easily be shared. This was not the case, although the blue cheese on our shared wedge was delicious. The ahi appetizer was tiny portioned and mediocre. The main course was incorrect twice! We also sent the baked potato back because it was cold, on the second try it was mealy like it had been sitting around several hours. The bill was over $200 and we did not feel like we got our monies worth. 3 stars for our very nice server and over all good food taste.
Excellent restaurant and great atmosphere. Food is nicely presented and quality is very high. Probably one of the best in Morgan Hill, deserves a better positioning for sure
We have gone a few times, and customer service has slowly gone downhill. Food was wonderful, but the staff acts like you're a bother to them, by choosing to eat and spend your money in this establishment.**We saw a waiter actually eating food from a table in one of their private dining rooms he was cleaning.
This place should be so much more. The bar is fantastic, the drinks are great and Anthony could definitely be a leader. The dining room is ok. There’s a divider wall that blocks off a good portion of the restaurant making it visually appear empty even if patrons are behind it. Perhaps more booths all around could make it cozier and more appealing. The absolute downfall of this restaurant is the food. There’s too many things wrong to list. Just get a kitchen manager with a passion for quality, as well as food, no matter how much $$ it takes! The returns will offset the costs. There’s so much potential and pre covid this place was packed. It needs its rebound!
Awesome location in Morgan Hill. Love the ambiance, the food, the Risotto with scallops was off the charts good, the staff is extremely knowledgeable, the wine list is awesome, need Lightpost Wines (also located in Morgan Hill). I highly recommend this spot.

Perfectly cooked steak and delicious loaded potato. Me and my wife enjoyed the food. Would be back here again for sure.
Absolutely awful service at Willard Hicks. Like many of the other reviewers, the food was okay, but the service was absolutely AWFUL. They had tons and tons of outdoor seating available and the guy at the front desk said sorry, all outside is full and we have no seats available, yet there were plenty. There was only one other party sitting outside - yet it's "full". It took over an hour for the food to come out and when it did, it was just mediocre. Nothing worth the outrageous prices they charge - $100 for a steak? It was no better than a steak you buy at Safeway. The entire dinner process took over 2 hours due to the outrageously slow service here. Don't buy into the hype with this place, just do yourself a huge favor and SKIP and go elsewhere. There are many other places in MH to go to that will treat you better and much cheaper and better food.Don't waste your hard earned money here - AVOID, AVOID, AVOID just like the other reviewers say. AVOID THIS PLACE and save your money!
