Hit the spot for a quick snack for my kids while heading home after a day in the Bay area.
Orders never finished on time.. bowls are never filled all the way “ customizations” definitely are not done. This is one of the worst Vitality bowls in the Bay Area..
Manager, who we ordered from, was absolutely miserable to deal with. Rude and totally unhelpful, and when we asked for a refund on our order he gave it to us but kept the original $5 tip. Cannot believe how unpleasant this experience was. Love Vitality Bowls, but will never go back to this location.
Ordered beet, apple, ginger, celery and lemon juice item and only thing I could taste was celery, ginger and water. Juice felt like that extra water was added in it. Not satisfied, not worth it.
Okay. The panini I ordered just had everything lumped in the middle and was somewhat on the soggy side. It wasn't bad, but I've definitely had better elsewhere.
I'm sorry to be writing this to you guys but it's came to this point. After the conversation with the manager.The morgan hill location doesn't seem to be getting it together if a manager is not on staff. My wife and I frequently go here almost on a daily basis as you know it's not cheap But they are so In constant on there bowls. It seems like if the manager is in they don't seem to have this problem as much.I ordered a large nutty bowls and when we arrived back at work about 5 min later with it it was watery melted were the bananas disappeared from the top.When we return to bring it to there attention about 25 min later being I had a few things that needed done before I could return they said O we can remake it if you would like as we wait for another 15 min wasting our lunch brake I turned around and just asked for a refund. Witch they did do . As we were walking out and the bowl was ready they didn't even offer it to us.This location has done this type of thingA number of times.They need to all be trained in customer service after dealing with 2 different managers they both seem to defend there employees actions. One manager didn't even have the Courtesy to call me. She just sent a text stating things that she believed to be the facts witch were not. Then said we were welcome to try other locations. I guess they would rather lose dollars over pennies ?♂️
With a hubby who needs to eat better this is a perfect midnight snack. Helps to bring up a sugar low too.

I seldom write a review but I would say that my experience warranted a review to demystify the hype with this cafe. Picture says a thousand words, but if just a few words, my 6 year old niece could’ve made a better sandwich. I actually went back to the store to ask for a refund based on principle, and was told because I didn’t have the sandwich in hand and waited an hour to come back, they would not return my six dollars. They must need it more than me given what kind of product they sell and business that conduct. The staff was semi friendly, but the girls at the counter could definitely use some manners.
Comparatively this Vitality Bowl location is a notch below other locations (same chain). Main reason is the quality of in-season fruit, it is not as fresh or tasty. Service was ok, prices were better than other locations, plenty of parking, a bit out of the way to get to.
