Delicious drinks and yummy food. Service was also friendly and quick.
I got an avocado smoothie and ended up with some big cubes of ice. I won’t go into the taste of it as it is subjective, but the ice cubes are not.
This place usually have friendly employees and good service. However I couldn’t say the same thing today. One of the employees (she said her name is Anastasia), had the worse service among the workers. She re-did one of the drinks I ordered which I appreciated. She showed so much anger while re-doing my order. She stabbed the top of the drink with the straw as if it was a knife. I realized at that point that she must be upset at something or someone. I asked one of the employees for her name but refused to tell me and said that she was not allowed to tell her name. I’m giving a 1star because the other employee actually came to me and ask what happened and at least showed like she cared about the customers. Her name is Daisy.
Strawberry lemonade is fire
Gave me two honey royal tea but I ordered 1 Honey royal tea and 1 Jasmine green tea. I am pissed?
Food and drinks are good but it took awhile. I understand it could be low staff or small kitchen but it would’ve been better if they prioritize in person rather than online. Also the music was uncensored and had aggressive vulgar language. Not a place for children.
What kind of bubble tea place runs out of boba a whole hour before closing? Staff is rude, doesn't know much about customer service. They advertise snacks but "close the kitchen early" many times that I've been here. It's downright lazy. The phone number they provide is no longer connected, either.
