Being a partner from other states I can sometimes have a hard time knowing the nuances of the Starbucks life in other areas, and when my mom and I popped in for breakfast we were greeted with a wonderful vibe, excellent customer service and an excellent recommendation from Bridgett who was working the front. They were absolutely delightful to talk with and the team with her working the morning of Friday the 13th! Thank you for such a lovely experience today.
This Starbucks is in a great location for me, right off the freeway and on the way to San Jose from Monterey.

Frappucino is too sweet. The pumpkin cream cold crew is a bomb. Must try.
It's hit or miss with this Starbucks. Drive thru is great but in store is super slow. I think they need to more organized with mobile orders, I placed an order 15 minutes in advance and still waiting for 10 minutes at the store....
