I came here with a party of three, we had fish and chips, a mushrooms swiss burger, and a kids cheeseburger. The fish and chips were completely bland and all you could taste was oil. The mushroom swiss burger was cooked improperly, bland, and soggy. The kids cheeseburger looked and tasted sad. All of these meals came with fries, and they were all cold and without seasoning.

We had the most amazing service @RedRobinBurgers in Morgan Hill, CA.*** Brandon B.*** made for an excellent dining experience. He was attentive and took pride in serving our dinner party. He made us feel welcome and appreciated. @RedRobinburgers is fortunate to have him. With so many dining options, it’s service like this that will make us choose to come back and dine with @RedRobinburgers again. Thank you.

I really enjoyed the burger I had there with my friend Gilbert. The side salads were portion just right and I didn't even know those were bottomless. I recommend the freckled lemonade. Over ice. It was so good. The burger was on point done just right with bacon and jalapeno cheese. The decor was very interesting. I should have taken a picture but I didn't. The wall of 8-track tapes. That's all I can say.

Short on staff, but bery friendly. only had to wait 15 to 20 minutes, the service was great and so was the food. Food was good and hot, just the was we like it. Love there onion rings ❤️. We tried the pretzels bites for the first time, they were really good. We'll order them again . Prices are reasonable .

Ordered online so cannot comment on service quality. Ordered the Scorpion burger to go for my son. He wiped it in 2 min, so no complaints.

20 tables open and I have to wait 20 min. Oh and can't wait inside in the warm.

This was my first experience at a Red Robin, and I have to say it was pretty decent. Like many, I was stuck in traffic on the 101 just north of Gilroy, so I decided to get a bite to eat instead of sitting in the highway turned parking lot. The no contact pay-at-the-table was pretty clutch, and I dig the all you can eat fries. Burger was decent for what it was - would have preferred it to be a bit bigger for the price, but not a bad value overall.

Rude and scatter brain manager. We called to find out how long of a wait there was. We’re told 15 minutes. We are 3 minutes max away. Went right over. Waited behind a couple for 10 minutes at the hostess stand. They asked to sit and the bar and were rudely told no and argued with. The bar tender “doesn’t do food” and it was at least 30 minutes. They walked out. She turned away from us as they left and we stood there for another 5-8 minutes before she came back. We had 6 people-4 kids, 2 adults. She says 30-45 minutes. We said we just called and asked and we’re told 15 minutes. Her rudeness and conversation went down hill from there. While all this were going on, there were 3 parties waiting in the lobby. When we sat down she told us we could stay!!The parry of 4 behind us also left because of what went on.If there isn’t enough help, shut it down. If the staff can’t be professional, get rid of them! She said she had been there 13 hours and was tired.Don’t waste your time!

I was a able to get a burger on a gluten-free bun, which made me so happy! I didn't even know that they did that so was prepared to have to eat a salad while the rest of the family got incrediburgers. It was really good! The only reason for the 4 stars rather than 5 is that I ordered a burger with avocado and could literally find almost no avocado in there. Maybe they were running low that evening, I don't know, but I initially thought they forgot it until my husband and I conducted a search and found maybe a teaspoon mixed into shredded lettuce. The burger was still yummy though, and the kid's meals filled them up.

Went to eat here tonight and the burgers tasted stale and dry. Quality has definitely gone down.
