Place was empty (around 3pm-ish) and it still took time for someone to provide service! Toan (the employee that finally came over) literally came and stood in front of me and just looked at me, didnt greet or anything I had to ask him if he was gonna help me. Dude was hella stingy with the servings. Place was out of broccoli beef, sweet fire chicken and teriyaki chicken...Really disappointing and incompetent management of this location.
Still really like the food, but they appear to be short staffed on the weekends, so there are long delays. Customer service is good, though.
