Good sandwiches, friendly staff. I’ll be back again
I love Mr. Pickles and I go to this location all the time but I have had a couple of very negative experiences that I feel need to be addressed. I am leaving this review under a friend’s account because I go there so frequently. I love the Mr. Pickle sandwich and it’s probably my favorite sandwich of all time! But I have to dock a star because I have had terrible interactions with your employee Rick. I generally order online but on the occasion I don’t I have somehow always had to talk to Rick. He has a very cold demeanor and no sense of customer service. I have been snapped at several times by him in situations where it feels very unnecessary and it makes me uncomfortable and anxious to return. I’m not confrontational so I never said anything but I would be happy to explain further, I just don’t want to leave it here. I love Jenna, the manager, she is the best and is always welcoming, kind, and provides great customer service. I have had great experiences with other employees picking up my order, etc. I love this location and will continue to visit but I hope I will not have any more experiences like this.
This was by far one of our favorite places to eat. The staff is amazing and the food was incredible! I wish we had these sandwiches in Colorado!!
A great sandwich spot with quick employees. I have seen these places a lot but this was my 1st time going in. It's like a much nicer subway. Their sourdough was killer, and if you like sweet, their Dutch crunch was good too. I loved seeing fresh avocados waiting to be used, a nice change from some delis. I had a hit pastrami Sandwich and it has me wanting to go back for more.
Order an Italian on sourdough as normal. Paid the same price as always but the sandwich was half the size .I got rip off . .
V disappointed.Service was terrible. Left without ordering.None of the 4 working behind the counter greeted or acknowledged me .No "uh hey we will be with you in a minute." Nope. Nothing. They chat amongst each other while making anorder. Cashier turned away as i tried to ask who i should place my order with.Five minutes of being ignored while hungry .Never again.

Is stale bread… You have to pay extra for a pickle! So why did they call it Mr. Pickles??
The French dip is terrific
Always fantastic! I love the Hot T! It is turkey with cranberry sauce and Baja sauce.
