Friendly helpful staff. Pizza and salad were just what we wanted.
Custom, made-to-order, fire-oven-cooked pizza that's fabulous and fresh. Decent ingredient options. And they put the fresh herbs under the cheese which means they don't get burnt, like they do at pieology. They're pretty quick coming out too. The tables and floors were kind of dirty but it didn't feel unsanitary. Customer service is awesome.
We went on a Monday. It wasn't busy. The customer service was amazing. The pizza was great, thin crust which I love. And I added my favorite toppings.
Ordered 3 pizzas online for pick up. Apparently they put the online order pizzas on the counter for anyone to grab. Long story short someone stole 2 of our 3 pizzas. Had to wait for them to be re-made. My recommendation is that they don’t put the pizzas on the counter for anyone to just grab like that.
My salad was great, husband said the pi,za tasted like costco. Staff were new,asked us to read the menu to them so they could build my salad. I ho back

Angie was awesome, hustling but never frantic in filling so many orders! Great job!
Staff did not know the menu, but they did make an effort to make the pizza correctly. I'd not order curbside if you want a custom pizza or salad. Restaurant dining area was a bit dirty and rubbish bins were overflowing. No lemonade or Tea were available the evening we dined here. Will try again in a month, hoping for a vast improvement, management need to be more proactive and focus on training employees and morale.
Always friendly staff that make great fresh pizzas fast. I don't think I've ever waited longer then 15min here.
The food is always fresh, with superb service. Restaurant works very hard to maintain safe distancing while patrons order and dine. We always have a great meal and a great time at Mod Pizza
