They DON'T listen. Once I ordered caramel macchiato n got black coffee. Another day I ordered iced coffee they gave me a Large one n it tasted horrible.
McDonald's is a good place to eat the kids love it but it's not too healthy if you're trying to lose weight stay away from the cold drink black coffee only and have a good day
Nice McDonald's off freeway. Watch if you park on the side opposite of gas station. Drive thru line might box you in.
Not much different from any other McDonalds. I hate the fact that I have to take my own order with the new order kiosks like I work there.
I asked for two coffees and they gave me two hot horchatas, the coffees were extremely light taste, i assumed they didn’t want to make a new pot and just poured water into the old coffee.Im a regular costumer and this time im not happy at all.
Ordered a fish sandwich meal med. got a Big Mac meal. Manager at this shift needs to retrain staff. Owner needs to take notice of his investment
Typical McDonald's. Food is consistent. Fries were served hot at this location. Drive thru line moved quickly.
I went through the drive through and ordered a cheeseburger meal with a strawberry shake and a bottle of water. When I received my food I realized my fries were cold. I brought it the attention of the drive thru attendant and she went and got a very young female manager. I explained my fries were cold and she told me that she couldn’t guarantee hot fries. I was in shock and instead of arguing with her I asked for my money back. She asked me for my food back which I gave and she gave me a refund. I just can’t believe that a restaurant can’t guarantee hot food. I have no problem paying 12 for fast food but hot food is what anyone pays for. McDonalds needs to pay attention to serving their customers with what they pay for. Or at least hire people who understand that if it were them and their money hot food is important when you spend hard earned money on fast food.
Hours show them to be open; we went through drive thru at 9:30 but no one responded. We pulled forward to find people inside but they wouldn't open window to let us know if they were closed. We called Morgan Hill PD to check on them.
Friendly drive-through customer service.Had big breakfast meal with hot coffee to start off with the day!Freshly made meal. Will come back next time.
