Terrible cashier. He didn't give me a receipt then when I came to pick up my pizza he said that the pizza was never made. Then when I went back to pickup the pizza he went from handling cash from the register and without washing his hands I could see him sprinkling something on the pizza then cut it up all with dirty hands. I refused the pizza and he refused my refund. Be careful about cleanliness and this little boy cashier.
3-13-2022 @ 2:25 I cannot believe what company's hire now. This guy did not want to come to the counter, then he did not want to sell me a pizza. Then since I got in there the phone was ringing and ringing and he would not answer it. Bad attitude. Humm maybe one more try there before deciding to not come back

I was pleasantly surprised today to get a really good deep dish pizza for the price at little Caesars!?. In the past the pizza was super over cooked, with little ?!!Keep up the good work!??
As big fans of little Caesars, we are VERY disappointed and dissatisfied with this Morgan Hill location. We just moved to town and we were very hungry and very excited for our first Little Caesars pizza night since moving to town. From the moment we walked in it was a bad vibe. The worker working at the time was very unfriendly. We ordered an extra most bestest pizza andd he very rudely said "we don't have any" I said "ok, well we can wait- how long will it take?" He replied "10 min". I replied "that's fine, we would also like bread sticks, and a cheesy jalapeno sauce" we paid and we went to the truck and waited. After 10 min we went back in and he tossed the oder on the table and didn't say anything and moved back to his register. We waited a few min. and I asked "is this ours" He just looked and nodded. It was in the brown regular pizza box not the white extra most bestest box. So I asked "we ordered the extra most bestest. Is this an extra most bestest?" He looked over and nodded. I thought it was odd but I asked again, he said "it is" well, long story short, it wasn't! We took it home and the guy gave us a regular pizza and assured us multiple times it was an EMB. He charged for an EMB too. He also gave us a ranch and not a cheesy jalapeno. It's the little things in life that give you joy and it's the little things that aggravate. We will not be going back to this location. Accidents happen. This wasn't an accidental mistake. 1 star is even too much. ?
They are very clean at this location but tend to take a little longer than the ready to go pizza place that everyone is use to. Aside from that the food is worth waiting for in my eyes.
Waited for 45 min for my pizza , during those 45 min phone was ringing off the hook , no body would answer it!. Young boy at counter clueless ( not his fault ) poorly trained and dont know how to interact with people. Older lady hiding in the back! . Customers saying sorry to me as they get there pizzas. Place is a clown show!! .
I guess you dont say thank you after you pay i guess you dont kindly like your job. Customer first.
