I hate complaining about a place because I'm in the industry myself, but I hope to help, because closed mouths don't get fed...The cashier was very polite and multitasked amazingly. The order was efficient and correct. The reason for 4 stars- The fries were definitely not fresh nor recently redropped because they were semi cold but looked burned like they had been redropped a few times. (And I don't believe the oil needed to be changed) also we opted to eat in the car. I observed several people try to go inside and left because the lobby wasn't open. I told a couple of them the DT was open so they instead went through the drive-thru. The spicy chicken sando was on point, as well as everything else sans fries. (And for cold fries , still pretty decent) Thanks guys! Spicy sando made me happy!
The chicken was overcooked. Not to mention that they actually gave me someone else's order.

I normally LOVE KFC, however, this one seems to always “be out” of everything! I can list what they did have versus what they didn’t…which was pretty much everything. For instance: no regular chicken only extra crispy, no cornbread, no corn, no muffins, no dark meat, no beans, etc. I thought that it was their job to make this stuff?? Call me coo-coo!
I always sto here when I work in this town, but today I was refused service cause I have a cotton mask, never coming back again, I hate sheeps!!
No seating while other food facilities are open to in store dining. Also, they only had 3 pot pies & we needed 4.
Lately, when I come during the evening hours, they seem to be out of fried chicken of any recipe. And I go about twice a month. Sometimes the staff offer to cook a batch of chicken, but state that it will take 15 minutes to prepare. More often, they will just steer me towards what's left.I use to think it was because I arrived around closing time, and the staff was cleaning up. But in the last month and a half, I've arrived at 7-7:30... closing time is ostensibly at 10pm.I've been going to this particular KFC for at least 20 years. It's not like I'm a picky eater...I like crispy as I do regular recipe. What gives?
The food was good had to eat in my car but that's ok
I went to buy a famous bowl & a kids meal for my toddler (includes 2 legs & fries) this food made both my son and I vomit 20 minutes after eating, we both felt sick to our stomachs. This KFC is by far the worst place I have even been too will never be going back. They do not cook their chicken right or maybe it’s frozen left overs!!! Horrible place !
Had to wait almost 15 minutes for wings. It's OK...but just OK. Always a wait and most times there is something wrong with the to go order. No indoor dining at this time.
