cashier didn't wash his hands after the bathroom. Was remarkably noticeabe with his pattern of grunting, rolling the TP, and flushing twice, it was clear this guy was battling toilet demons. I praise him for slaying it r unless maybe that second flush of the toilet was his washing in the toilet.Burger was great!
They had good food and good service even though they were short on help. It’s people like this that go the extra mile when they have a limited work force.

It was Christmas Eve, and I'd had a rough day with my mom being in the hospital. Got home late and just didn't have the energy to cook anything. This Jack in the Box was the only fast food spot open out of four that are on this corner. The drive-thru line was long but went quickly enough. Thanks to all the employees who were there on a holiday making life a little easier for the rest of us.
Pretty decent burger, dining room and bathroom closed
06:30pm on Saturday December 11, 2021.. restaurant workers locked the doors and left. NO SIGNS anyplace that they were closing or why! We were in the drive-thru with several other vehickles.
Late night, hot and scrumptious food with little wait.
Very sad there was 5 employees working an I was the only one ordering. A very simple meal an it took over 20 min of waiting while drive thru got the right away
We went through the drive threw and they took forever to get r order and then did not give us all of our order.We ordered 2 shakes, 1 chocolate & vanilla,( lrg), which we did not get. Also it was a mngr that took r order. The lady was rude by telling us that she will tell us at the window what r total was. For being a mngr she should of set an example for her employees. I have decided that if I'm hungry in middle of the nite I definitely would not go to the Jack in the Box on1st street in Gilroy.
No Dine in option. Even though it says you can . They stand and look at you like your stupid. I been to many places I'm a trucker. They offer always to take my order. Don't know if they tried to be funny to me to go to the drive through like I have an option. These guys are here just to pass by the time. Don't see any effort. At least compassionate. Don't recommend anyone to eat here. Green burrito or taco bell are better options
