It is useless to order by phone because when you arrive the order is not ready. you have to wait more than 20 minutes.
Rude! no customer service skills, and no manners once so ever. Called to order, that's how it was. So I went in person and they had me standing at the window while they were just talking to eachother. I took off, and that will be my last visit. I have been there plenty of times and they had me wait to order/pick up an order but not this long.The 2 stars is for the food. Its good, but doesn't make up for how they manage that place.
Great food for the price. I'm not driving to China Jade anymore.

We tried calling in an order from their online menu. Unfortunately, this location doesn't use the online menu so we had to order blindly. The woman was extremely irritated and never gave us a price. We were told the order would be ready in 20 minutes. We arrived in 15 minutes and waited about 20 minutes. There was only one person working at the restaurant, so that may be why she was irritated. Attitude didn't change once we arrived. We ordered three items for the two of us (including rice), and the total was over $50. When I asked, she verified the price. Food was OK, but not the best we ever had. Not going back - lost your chance for a good first impression.
Looking for Asian restaurants in Morgan Hill coming back from a tiring hike. I checked this place and placed an a combo order with honey walnut shrimp. The food didn't take long and the portions are great. I really loved the honey walnut shrimp. Great prices for good size portions!

The person/lady at the door is rude. #3 The charge taxes but yet only accept cash...Clearly they under report their income . #4 Do not use the menu on line, according to the store, it's not their post and expect to pay double when you get in the store!Listen to me and listen well. Up in Morgan Hill doing work for a week. So we are trying different places each night before going back to the hotel. I currently reside in SF, so reading about best Chinese food in Morgan hill made me sceptical....Food quality is ok for American chinese food, and the amount is excellent for the price. And to everyone saying the woman working is rude.... lol I'm part Chinese and this is expected. If I go to a Chinese restaurant and I don't get aloof service... I assume the food isn't that good.
Great for the money...love their chicken salad and Wonton Soup!
