The food was terrible. My order had the wrong sauce, my daughter's soup was gross, the hubby's steak was way over cooked, and my little's quesadilla was made with pepper jack - too spicy for a kids meal item. The service was lacking. Our waiter was inattentive, even though there was hardly any customers.The restroom was filthy. I'm sorry, but we won't be back.
One of the worst experience of my life. The waiter could not figure out how to work their touch pad. They brought out cold food, no drinks, no dressing. I had to ask several times for these items that came with the meal. Each time it took the waiter way longer than it should have to get these to us while eating.
I've been going to Chili's for over 30 years. The service was good tonight but consistency is not always there. The food was good years ago but has continuously declined over the years. The restaurants used to be clean and tidy and they are no longer that way. The culture has changed and it has changed at the top. Unfortunately the decision was made to go away from quality to whatever they are trying to sell now. We used to go weekly, now maybe twice a year.
We loved chili’s but tonight was not good. We got drinks and chips and then were left alone forever (45 minutes). Never saw our server again. Finally flagged down a different server who checked on our order and said it would be 6 minutes. Another 15 minutes went by and we got a manager who got our meal but said the kitchen was busy. No apologies, no offers. Had to beg for our check. The place was very busy, and lots of employees all rushing past us. I’m so bummed to report this. Sad.
My wife and I chose to celebrate Valentine's Day at our local Chilis Restaurant. We were greeted with enthusiasm and no wait for our table. A very refreshing change from the Red Robin nearby that was going have us wait outside due to Covid restrictions. At least our Chili's experience was a wonderful change of pace. We had great food; wonderful service and an very relaxing atmosphere to enjoy our meal together. Thanks for a great time and we will definitely be back for a meal in the future.
Fine if you eat in but don't order curbside. They will wait 15+ minutes before bringing it to the car after notifying you it's ready. Fries are soggy now. :(.
Food was pretty good! Drinks were extremely weak! No Alcohol at all! I guess I should have ordered a beer. Waiter... totally rude and completely inattentive. He was so not concerned about any of his customers. Chili's, you could use a new server and bartender!
Food was absolutely delightful and our server Ricky killed it! Super attentive and helpful with everything! Thank you Chilis fam and thank you Ricky! For as busy and understaffed as they were.. the service and food was top notch! Made mine and my families night awesome! ???
This would normally be a 1 star but the bar tender made a great effort to apologize so on record its a 5 star. She was new and she didn't give up. Food was excellent and the drink she made was delicious because it was definitely made with love. She really needed help for faster service but when the food finally arrived i was grateful. You guy's are Chili's make sure you support your team. I'm a little torn but definitely will be looking forward to stopping by again. Easily willing to give you guys a second chance.
Great place i always get the boneless buffalo chicken wings we got the 2 for $30 meal with cajun chicken pasta and Hubby got the steak with broccoli and mashed potatoes with side of salads but waiter forgot to give our dessert!!!Waiter was super nice
