Solid Burger King, great service and clean facility.
Terrible service even for fast food and they are always "closed" at random times. Also the wait time at the dive thru is just ridiculous 10 minutes before I even ordered, then another 10 to to pay and my food still wasn't ready.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Burger King you need to get your act together. Both your locations in Morgan Hill are horrible. I was the only one in the drive-through yet had to wait 10 minutes. I get home and all I had was cold burgers the felt like they had been sitting around all day. Maybe close your Morgan Hill locations and get your act together. What we were given was not edible and was a waste of $25.00. Never again BK!

We ordered via the mobile app as the dining area is closed Waited at the drive thru with only one vehicle in front of us for over 15 mins and still the staff told me that order isnt ready and require us to either requeue or wait in front. Fast food isn't fast anymore.
We wanted to go inside in the evening but the doors were locked. I asked the gas station cashier and he said it was only drive-thru. We went through the drive-thru and it seemed like there was only one person working. It took a bit longer than usual to get our food, but the quality was typical Burger King quality. At night, it's difficult to see where the parking lot exit is.
We went to a brand new burger King, they just build..The food was horrible, we were the only ones in there, & they got our order All wrong...Very Disappointed, came from Hollister, Ca
