Please avoid this place today the Manager, yes the Manager took it upon her self to tell my autistic 2 year old daughter to be quite even after I told her she has autism, she still kept explaining she had to be quite and maybe she was scared????? She tired giving my daughter a sticker so she could be quite and kept explaining it was the machines because other children are afraid of them. It was very embarrassing and dehumanizing that I can't take my child without her being told to be quite when she was enjoying her afternoon and was excited to get her froyo. I would like to better understand how a grown women wasn't able to hold her tongue infront of other customers, including a young lady who is expecting a baby was in there her worker providee better customer service than her...she ruined our entire afternoon and left us distraught with this whole situation we where going in for simple yogurt and would be out very soon...

Love the cheesecake yogurt it was so yummy. Customer service was great and the place was super clean. I will be back when I’m in the area.

Since having to use hand sanitizer AND GLOVE to serve yogurt... Would be great to self serve toppings, as well. I asked for some... & got a heaping spoonful of a topping. And since its charged by weight... It would be good to self measure... Like we can @ Nubi's yogurt just down the street.
I love the yogurt and the flavors of Yogurtland. However the customer service can definitely improve at this location. I visited today and the woman working there was very rude. I understand every business has it’s COVID restrictions but there’s a POLITE way to tell customers what to do (ex: apply sanitizer, use gloves etc.) The way she was talking to us felt more like scolding. Bottom line she was very rude and bossy.
the attention is bad, there were 3 people attending and they made us wait to give us our glasses to get ice cream. 2 attended to them and then another did nothing. when my turn came I asked for kit kt and he gave me another hard chocolate that almost broke my tooth. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS YOGUrTLAND, the attention is unfortunate.

Clean, required us to sanitize and put gloves on and the staff add the toppings, which is great idea. And it’s delicious!
