I came today to grab some wings and costumer service was awesome!! I decided to do a google review because the food was out on time and wings were sauce well and Juan’s costumer service was outstandiiiiiingggggg its amazing of how busy it was and HE still managed to give the best costumers service and made sure my whole order was complete and out on time!! Will be asking for him more often..Thank you Juan.
I would love to order some Wingstop tonight it is 10:15 PM and it’s not supposed to close till midnight but your online website & in your app is not taking any orders at this time. We also just tried to call to place an order on the phone for pick up but nobody was answering the phone either. again it’s not even 1030 at night yet and you’re not supposed to close until midnight.
I came last night to order wings and fries I love wings so I decided to come to this wingstop since it was the closes to my home. I walked in everyone greeted me The young man Juan helped me out placing my order he was SUPER POLITE and FRIENDLYYYY. I ordered spicy Korean wings and original hot wings they were well done sause and extra wet….. My wings came out on time and food was delicious. I loved Juan customer service we need more employees like him. Will definitely be comming back.
It’s bad enough the prices have gone up so ridiculously but why are the fries ALWAYS cold? Do you have to specifically request “FRESH OUT THE GREASE”?! I shouldn’t have to air fry my fries every time.
Had trouble at the counter but they were really helpful with it and they didn’t mind it at all good was great but the customer service was even better
They take a lot of time for a simple orderThe cook have an attitude and the personal as wellI will never go back there

We ordered 50 wings and only 40 came, they wanted us to come back with the order, we were already seated at the table, they have to be more careful, it's not that close to go there.
