This establishment is great knowledgeable on every dish on there menu, how the food is suppose to taste, what mixes goes together or simply great on experimenting with mixes of seasonings to be able to tell you what will be great on trying. The food has never been over cook on any of there special days or random days all cooks a great at this location mainly three that stands out but that's all for now till the next plate is enjoyed enjoy your current one.
This Wingstop need to be shut down ASAP!!! Do not order from here.. your order is going to be wrong, uncooked or you will be missing items… RESPECTFULLY
Im rating a 3 star. The workers are trying. They may have new hires they're trying to train. It can be difficult trying to find people for the job. I had my order replaced but the lead or supervisor helped me out by fixing my issues. They are people too and new hires mess up. Hopefully they will get back on track. I last visited 3 weeks ago but im still thinking of my last experience there I may go back and try again soon. Will update!
The order took longer than what it said when I placed it online but somehow the wings were still undercooked!!! I was ok with having to wait a little longer for fresh fries but how did you not fully cook the chicken? It was a bit irritating ?
Extremely unprofessional staff here at this location. Listened to the young Latina manager describe the details of her bowel movements with a coworker while I waited at the register to be greeted for over 10 minutes. They frequently take over an hour to have orders ready, long after getting confirmation that they’re ready for pickup.
I should have read the reviews before ordering here. Ordered for pickup and was supposed to get 10 bone-in thighs; instead, I got chicken legs?(didn’t know that was an option) and wings. I also ordered fries which I didn’t get. I ordered them while I was on my lunch break, so I couldn’t go back to fix the issue. I tried calling the phone number they have posted on their website and I can never get through. ??
Big guys on the adjacent lot makes me lower the score otherwise ID give them a 4 but the sides really suck but the soda andnketchup packets are great so 3 but comparing 2
I did not enjoy my experience here at all. The wait time was far longer than expected, even when the app told us our order was done. We decided to let it slide since they could be having an off day but it was really hard to forgive their attitudes. They gave us ranch instead of blue cheese and when we tried to get it exchanged they seemed irritated as if it was our mistake. Definitely will not be going back.
Ordered food ahead of time, arrive later than the 18-23 min pick up time. Still waited 25 minutes. Only for the chicken to be fried beyond belief and I did not receive my side that was supposed to be included in what I paid for. Worst wingstop ever.
It has definitely improved with the new management, the use to no even answer the phone weekdays especially weekends, but has definitely improved some of the best wings in town ? once in a wile the forget my sides but last night they came through exactly ? ? how I wanted my wings very well done and crispy and on time the lady even said I put you on a extra side because some times they forget ? they are getting better and my family loves there wings keep up the good work ? ? ?.
