???SCAM ALERT???I presented this coupon and was told I had to buy another sandwich to get the free one.The coupon clearly states with ANY purchase. It is not a BOGO.What this is is called bait and switch false advertising. Shame on them!
I attended Wendy's with my Thursday morning Women's Bible Study group from Moreno Valley Assembly Church. Wendy's allowed us to push tables together so that we made one large table. This allowed us ro fellowship together as we ate lunch.My food was hot when I received it. It was cooked to my liking. The food appeared to be freshly made. Servers were polite and quick with my order. Also, if you are 55+, you receive a SMALL drink for free. I recommend this Wendy's location.
The employees that works at Wendy's are very rude. I asked for hot sauce the lady at the drive thru window got so upset. 4 out of 10 times they make some sort of mistakes on my order.
The charged me double in the drive thru, when I tried to tell them the manager came up and tried to make excuses and said they couldn't give me my money back so I left with a 20 dollar burger. Avoid this place!
Good food and menu variety but lately you can't order ahead through the app and you have to wait in the drive thru line anyway :(
Very easy to use the app, you have the option to pick up inside, curbside or drive thru. Drive thru pick up was efficient and staff is very friendly. Offers are good so download the app. If you have T-Mobile, you also have opportunities within the T-Mobile Tuesdays app to get deals every now and then. Food was well prepared and the pineapple mango lemonade is delicious ? ?? recommend their lemonade.
We had chili and ordered spicy chicken sandwich. But received a hamburger. Turned that in and only received a regular chicken sandwich, not spicy. Ate it anyways. We do love Wendys. The food was good. But they couldn't get the order right.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This is by far the worst location I have ever been to. Whoever is in Charge of this Store needs to seriously reevaluate their management and employees. They randomly close whenever they like during posted store hours so I never know if they will actually be open or not. And surprisingly this was from my most recent visit. A bug baked into my potato which is clearly visible and tells me that they do not wash these before preparing them. I have also tried contacting them multiple times to make them aware of the incident and no one answers the phone there. Take your business elsewhere until this store is inspected.
Happy to serve you. Smiles, smiles, smiles. Even when I was so busy I left my order they made sure I got it.
Restaurant was clean and not crowded. Food was prepared quickly and correctly.
