Food is worth it. A Manager there was always on his phone. When the Mrg. came to the counter he apologized for having food in his mouth. When I asked for a ranch the Mrg begin flipping the ranch in his hand while talking to a female subordinate for a while as I waited. My kid even said something along the line of why is he acting like a kid if he is a manager. That guy was very unprofessional. On another note, we asked if he could wipe the table, which he did. Yet, he left the entire table wet. Service sucked with that manager. Food is great not knocking that. Next time I'll be calling service out on the spot amicably before I spend another digital debit transaction.
In Moreno Valley, delicious. They now have fried green beans, very good. I think their burgers and fries are way better than In & Out.
Santa Barbaran burger is fantastic! Very similar to Cocos California burger, the avocado takes to another level. Their fries are also very good!
I wanted to leave a positive review at this location as I left a valuable item at their patio and did not realize it for couple hours. We were on a road trip and I could not go back to get it until the next day. I spoke to their central call center, who notified the location and the manager made sure it was kept safe for me. Thank you to all the employees at this restaurant, it was a relief.
Food was amazing. Staff was not so polite. I had to change my order from dine-in to go and the employee seemed upset. Also, I advised her that someone had left a drink behind and she told me just to leave it there.

Compared to other burger joints in the area, this one is probably the best one on all of Day Street. Very quick service, priced reasonably well and the food hits it out of the park! The fries are crispy, salty but not overly salty and the charburgers are just great! In n Out needs to take a few lessons from these guys!
