I am a regular. I love coming here. The staff is great! Try the butter beer latte. It's amazing. Or the raspberry peach lemonade
This store is not being managed well at all anymore.Today, Sunday 7/31, stopped in ordered 3 drinks and 3 danishes. Had to wait quite awhile just to order. The lady that appeared to be in charge spent so much time talking and distracting the other workers a line built up. When she finally decided to at least do something she started heating up the sandwiches for the couple that was in line ahead of us. Instead of directing one of the other workers to grab our danishes she decided to stand there and carry on a conversation with her.The drinks for the couple in front of us in line had gotten their drinks and were waiting for the sandwiches. Our 3 drinks came up still not food for the couple or our danihes.For those of us that have been to ALL of the cupcake and expresso bars, yes including the one in Redlands, that never happens! The drinks take longer then the food. Now to make matters worse when I got my 3 drinks one was completely wrong and when she ,the talking manager, was finally bring the hot sandwiches over heard us asking what that drink was because I ordered a hot drink and this clearly was not she asked if she could remake it for me.....Like I have time to listen to more of your conversations. Got my danihes grab 2 of the 3 drinks and left. Did not ask for a refund for the drink or the tip. My daughters and I had plans and it wasnt to stand there another 30 minutes to listen to her. 2 things I would recommend for this store now....1) DO NOT LEAVE A TIP BEFORE YOU GET YOUR ORDER AT THAT STORE!2) Look around and see whats going on with the workers at this store. If they are just standing around talking and you dont have 30 minutes to wait you might want to go elsewhere. While your watching them you might want to look and see food you want is even there basic cupcakes aren't even there most of the time now.Iam a long time customer that has praised this family company since it was 1 store on Moreno Beach. This beaks my heart.
Great place the prices are comparable to Starbucks but best part no long lines.Don’t pay attention to the bad reviews or reviews. That person is negative on everything. How can you give bad review for pricing when you see that up front ??
This location is amazing! The look of the place inside is sweet and it is much bigger than the other one in Moreno Valley! I got the fire-roaated chicken and pesto sandwich and it was amazing! I will definitely be coming back here!

The cupcakes here are pretty good. The reason I am deducting a point is because some of the photos on the website do not factually represent what you get in person. The photo attached is of the S'mores cupcake. The first photo is advertised on the website and the second photo is what I got when I ordered in store. The cupcake I received is not worth the $4 it cost. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the cupcake I received however if that is what you are selling, that is what should be advertised on your website.
I love supporting small business, especially small business that are conveniently located just up the street from my job! I prefer Cupcake & Espresso Bar over Starbucks when it comes to quality of baked goods and customer service!
