slow drive thru, rude employees and they can’t make a blended drink…ew threw directly into the trash waste of $6
Only 3 people working their tails off. Still got my drink out in a reasonable amount of time. The employees were friendly even though they had probably 10 cars in the drive thru and a line of cups waiting to fill mobile orders. Busy busy! My drink was made perfectly and the employees were moving at light speed.
I ordered two white chocolate mochas. One was half full. When I got the replacement the original guy that made it didn’t want to remake it. I decided to call. They didn’t care. There was an unapologetic apology and I let them know it was apologetic. I was offered a replacement again if I drove back. The coffee is already expensive and now with high gas prices this was ridiculous. Horrible customer service at this location.
I was not happy with the speed of service. My girlfriend got her cake pop, then we waited for our drink, after awhile she got her hot drink and I waited along time for my cold drink. Not to happy. We have 3 other starrbucks in town I can go to.
I feel like later in the day all the employees stop working. But mostly everyone is polite and if you go thru drive thru before noon you'll get out in a decent amount of time.
I asked for light ice and they filled up my cup with it so maybe next time I’ll ask for no ice. Either way it’s a good store. The people are nice for how heavily trafficked their store always is.
The new Starbucks at sunrise and vista chino is awesome, the people there are great and helpful. I normally go and have the usual caramel machiato...however someone suggested I try the chi tea latte with oat milk extra cinnamon and boy oh boy I'm in love..my new favorite drink.Thanks guys.
The staff is great and the drinks are, well what you go to Starbucks for....but good grief, the drive through line is often blocking the ampm driveway. Not worth the wait if I can get coffee next door for half the price.
After going to three other SB that were closed I got to this one with a large drink order (8 drinks). The walk in portion of store was closed however drive through was open. Employees were upbeat and friendly DT line moved super quick.
Even when the line is wrapped round the corner. This store has the most pleasant staff. Keep up the great service y'all.?
