Horrible ordered white chocolate mocha over ice with light caramel they give me hot coffee then they act like they don’t understand ??

I order a Venti Hot Mocha decaf, RECEIVED it with Regular Coffee then I asked if it was Decaf, he said NO, but I can make it a Decaf he said. Never ordering from Starbucks again. I paid over $6 for sandwich and this what I get... a half filled sandwich with 3 spinach and 3 tomatoes. Absolutely pathetic. Not only that but I had to go back and retrieve another item I paid after I got home as they never added it to the bag.
Just dropped in for a drip coffee, so my post probably won't count, but they were not crowed and service was fast!
This location always messes up my order and then gets noticeably irritated and upset when asked to fix it. The majority of the people who work there are always so rude. They look MISERABLE being there and it shows. I am so done going to this location, I'll drive the extra two miles to go to a BETTER location who knows how to treat customers and gets my orders right.

I work at a different starbucks location and the shift in charge tonight was completely rude and obviously didn’t know how to do her job she was also out of dress code wearing a green jacket over her apron. She asked for my ID so I gave her my Starbucks card on my app and when my friend went to pay she told me I had to pay and was completely rude about it. Definitely needs to do better as a shift lead !
I ordered almond croissant and cheese Danish. 10 minutes later they told me didn't have one item. I asked for money back and left. Place its too busy with mobile orders and doesn't take care of people inside fast enough. Not enough staff. Don't come here unless you want to wait 15 to 20 minutes for your order.
