You get charged a service fee no matter what. Manager said it's because of the increase of minimum wage that we basically are helping pay the employees.Was blown away.It cost a lot to eat there and not a place one can afford to go to all the time by yourself or with family. There steak size has gotten tiny. Salad bar hot items were old sitting out to long.Our waitress was amazing.

Took my wife here for her birthday and it was really great. I ordered the steak and shrimp skewers, everything tasted great. Wife had the steak and lobster and she said it was delicious. They even brought her out something special for her birthday. We were originally going to go to Red Lobster but glad we decided to go with Sizzler

Grabbed lunch with the family at Sizzler for the first time. My kids loved the salad buffet. Presentation and flavor were on point for shrimp, fries, and fish. Going to have to come back for sure. Place was not crowded. The employee's are nice and food came out pretty fast.

Although this chains prices have increased significantly in the past few years, it's still a great place to eat. Our food was prepared as ordered and delicious! Only one complaint...we ordered 2 steaks and literally 1/3 of mine was fat. The 2nd steak was fatty as well, just not as much. Still love Sizzler, though!

Really bad service!! First of all I had ordered mushrooms with my order and when I had told them what happened they said they never charged me for it! ? and also they served us without eating utensils so of course we told them and they took about 30 mins so we decided to get up ourselves and get ourselves!!! Also we asked for the steak to be we done and it was undercooked! It was rare!!! Not what we asked for. Now we’re waiting for them to replace the steak with a well done one. But what’s the point now if we’re done eating !??!?!? ????

Clean and sanitized after every customer leaves table. Food is tasty. Slow customer service. Would be nice if there were holiday specials

Celebrated my dad's birthday! The service was great, salad bar was fresh and delicious. My steak was well done too(literally) and employees sang to my dad and he got a nice stien full of ice cream!

The servers are great but, my first plate steak with mushrooms & rice did Not look appetizing. Looks like someone shewed and barfe it back! Second plate Steak & Lobster ($40 value) plate the Steak was small had more fats than meat, mashed potatoes Looks like was squished on threw a tube on my plate (For sure Not Homemade) next time will stick to buffet only. The soups are great.

Still one of my favorite. Locking service and many items no longer in buffet like Carnitas, bread rolls and a few other things. Not as clean as before. Understand the situation we are going through right now

Ate there two days ago. 1st: The Open Salad bar... Raw, Uncooked, Uncovered food in the middle of the restaurants' customer traffic - is a bad idea during this Fifth wave of a very deadly Global, Virul plague. 2nd: My husband & I were served the worst, half cooked - then thrown onto bread dishes (Not a plate) supposed-to-be a meal,,, I've ever seen. The meat was charred dry, the veggies looked like they were scrapped off the floor three days before serving them to us ... cold, & we never got the rice we ordered. Not a good value for almost $50. And the service was as bad as the food. Never going there again. Is too bad, they used to be a good restaurant.
