This was our first & last time. Awful customer service. All booth tables were dirty. I asked one of the workers to please clean the table. I waited 10-15 minutes & still no show up. 8 minutes later I went to asked AGAIN & they'd STILL didn't go. All this boys seemed they were just chilling. So, later we get our wings with the table still dirty. I asked to speak with the manager & give her my complaint. Luckily she was the only person who really cared & offered an apology. She really felt sorry. She gave us an option to pick a Pizza or Buffalo for the inconvenience. If it wasn't for her, I would've had cancel my order & ask for my money back.
Great place for a week day lunch special. Very clean, food was yummy. George was super nice! Give it a try
Staff is nice courteous and helpful. Very relaxing feel to the place. Pizzas are still very delicious. The bread twists are cheesey and have a hint of garlic. A great time was had by all. Besties and spouses Saturday lunch date. The manager is a sweetheart, I wish I could remember his name.
Not alot of space inside as half is reserved for private party and closed salad bar. Pizza was good. Came out pretty quickly. Wings were great.
Only 3 people working in the whole.place(can't really blame.them) but the quality wasn't good. My sauce was all baked in so the pizza was dry. Crust is thin on personal pizza and when I asked for a bit of sauce on the side, it was cold- as in jellified-see pic. I didn't even finish- will not attempt this location again, ?
Seems quality has been going down.. 2nd time I order with extra sauce... last time ordered extra sauce but they didn't charge so no big deal ... now new years eve ordered asked for extra sauce and confirmed extra sauce on order ... and again no extra sauce but this time they charged for what they didn't give . Seems customer service and quality have been going down.
The employees and restaurant environment was friendly and welcoming. Of course the pizza was yummy! The issue was the restroom. As soon as you walked in the smell ?. It was not the smell of someone finish doing number 2, it was riot moldy smell. The toilet in the larger restroom stall had stains as if the toilet is never cleaned. No toilet paper protection to sit on and the trash was overfilled. When you go to wash your hands the faucet water sprays nearly everywhere. Place is great but I hope they do better on cleaning the restrooms because if not, it's best to hold it.
Pretty disappointed they don't do the buffet lunch anymore. And they're prices are outrageous. Still good quality pizza. But that's all they have going for them. Next time we will get costco pizza and go home with it and save $80 bucks
Worst service ever they messed up on our order and tried telling us nothing was wrong the cashier was a joke small super skinny Mexican dude 5feet had glasses black hair walked different kind of a slow walker ... This is the second time this guy has given us problems NEVER again coming here !!!! This place is a joke go to Shakey's pizza they have better deals and great customer service ?
Corner of Eucalyptus & Fir, took a few extra minutes to get our order, but good friendly service,.and excellent pizza and wings!!
