Potatoes were very salty not done extra crispy as order. VANESSA employee was rude and did not want to redo my order. She said I need to pay for it again. Poor service

Been beating about this with my wife for 2 weeks now and now I have to come home with a bad one. First time here and not good impression. For the one that made it and one that's teaching her how to do it, I know you guys can do better. Don't be too shy with flavor and shake it a little better next time. We'll try it again next time.
Don't go there. Fries with no taste . We ordered fries with cheddar no taste not even colored with cheddar. We asked them add cheddar and I pay , they said no. I asked for refund they said no. Scam
