The fastest Popeyes I've ever been to. And the lady in the drive-thru was so nice!! Order was correct, fresh, and delicious.
I dislike leaving bad reviews usually I’m chill about it but Jesus Christ. Worst Popeyes I’ve been to the drive through employee was absent minded to put it nicely. Food was terrible greasy and soggy. Definitely need a overhaul of staff and not to mention the awful little drive through lane.
A+++! It's almost a trend to go to Popeyes Chicken restaurants and find them dirty, and be served by rude, obnoxious employees yelling profanity at each other.This restaurant apparently broke that trend in my book and has earned 10 stars! Courteous employees, clean restaurant, clean parking lot, good warm food, clean restrooms! Keep up the good work.?
I been waiting here well Over 30 minutes and still waiting… to make matters worse, there was few cars… it be taking 10 minutes for each car.
I would not give any stars but since I have to, they get one! I ordered popcorn shrimp & all I tasted was hard batter. Only a few actual shrimp. I tried calling them but of course their phone goes straight to voice-mail. Again I would not recommend this location ?
The staff at this location are always great. Whether we're in person or driving thru, they're kind and always hustle, which means a lot when it's busy. The past few times we've ordered online and our food was ready on time and was accurate. We love this location.
Went this evening to pick up my order . I was greeted by Maria she was very tactful in helping me with the online order, Although I understand with being short staffed and lacking help from the franchise she did the best to help sort out the confusion with our order she exceeded my expectations. If I could give something akin to negative stars I truly would. The customer service here is SUBPAR! Extremely rude employees and who I assume was the manager. Honestly, go a little further down to find a better Popeyes, it’s worth it. This place is disgusting
Rude lady taking orders on drive thru. $6.00 big box served with 2.5 tenders and sides half full. Very disappointed of service in this Moreno Valley location. Inspect your order before leaving the place to ensure your order contains the correct portions.
The workers were very slow. Terrible customer services! I was in the drive thru for 3 hours straight and got the worst customer services ever. The workers took so long. When it came to me getting my food. It was cold and they did my order wrong. Also, they don’t have that much variety of food on their menu. This establishment is horrible so I recommend you not to go here unless you want to be in a drive thru for 3 hours straight and get horrible customer services.
