I stopped by for Sunday dinner and it was an amazing experience. The food was delicious, the boysenberry pie was better than the one at Knott's. However, the best part of the evening was our host Angel. His hospitality was outstanding. He checked up on us often, made great recommendations and his personality was simply uplifting, his presence lit up the entire room. I will definitely be returning, but in the evening just to catch up with Angel. He is a whole vibe.
About 10 of us in my radio club showed up early for breakfast concerned we might not get to sit together. The manager opened the doors a couple minutes before schedule when he saw us outside. We had a wonderful table setup, excellent service and food. Wonderful variety! Will go back!
I enjoy their food here. You can never go wrong with the breakfast menu which is served all day. They probably have the best value for the kids menu. My favorite is the chicken sandwich on their raisin bread. Best pies and cookies
This was my first time eating at this establishment. I was greeted by 2 different people once I walked in the door ( an employee named India and one of the managers) very friendly staff, Angel was amazing, one of the friendliest, informative servers I have had. Will be eating here again for sure!
The staff is always so friendly and food is tasty! We went today, and heard that a staff member was yelled at, she kept her cool and stayed so polite even after. If you plan on going, they try and get you in as fast as possible but like most places there can be a wait. Don't treat the staff poorly, they have feelings too and are trying to do their job as well as they can. And I recommend the chocolate silk mocha coffees!
I have been to Polly’s once and today I decided to go for my birthday. It was a large party, it was 12 of us (it was all family). It was good in the beginning even tho we waited more than an hour which is fine because i knew it was a big party. Our server was nice however when it came down to our food coming out the orders were all wrong. And we had to keep telling her our changes since they were incorrect. We can tell she was getting frustrated with us. She was giving us attitude every time we asked for something. We were all pretty much annoyed at this point because we felt like we couldn’t ask her for anything because she was going to give us attitude. So i noticed she was crying and had asked another server to switch. At this point I felt bad. We all tried to make the best out of it. When my mom asked them to bring out a cinnamon roll for my birthday to sing, our new server said they couldn’t because of covid regulations but there were two other people celebrating their birthday and they got the dessert and sang to them. I definitely felt like our party was treated unfairly since everyone else got theirs and they couldn’t do the same for me. So after today it will definitely be the last time we ever go to Polly’s. Well in Moreno Valley at least. The one in Norco has much better service
Now open 8am to 8pm Great Comfort Dinner Food The tomato ? soup is AWESOME. The corn ? bread is light and fluffy. Deserts ❤️
Garbage... I got the Eggs Benedict. Soggy hashbrowns, overcooked eggs, burnt ham, messy presentation. On top of it being not enough value for the money. Didn't think so many mistakes were possible for 1 meal. I'm sure everyone wont have the same experience, but unfortunately I will not be returning.
