Pizza delivered with nothing on it. Manager went back and forth with me about the pizza. I had to ask for a resoultion. The pizza was so hard like a potato chip. Im disgusted. Alfredo wouldnt give me a refund but said someone can deliver the pizza in 3 hours. Manager sound like he really didnt care I was unsatisfied with the pizza as I did not order it that way! I wont be going to this location ever again dont waste your time! Go somewhere else!!!!!!
Customer service isn't pleasant nor are they knowledgeable of there menu.Order 2 of there special and was told one price but when I picked up order was told another price.For a 2 topping medium pizza was 28.04 what a RIP off!!Was charged for extra chesse because I stated just chesse and a vegetable OMG.NOT A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!WAS TOLD THATS WHY ITS 28.04 INSTEAD OF 9.99 FOR EACH.NOT SATISFIED
I love Pizza Hut in Los Angeles but this store on Alessandro, ain’t the one, wings came out looking like dry chicken nuggets with minimal sauce. When I buy them in LA, the wings are dripping in the sauce and here it’s just like a chicken nuggets drizzled.. pizza wasn’t even cut properly smh
Most of the time we dont have an issue with this location. Online ordering is very easy to use and convenient.
requested curbside delivery and arrived for order. no one came out at all. hit the prompt in my email that I was there and waited 10 mins outside for someone. no one came. if you are no longer offering this option, please remove it from ordering portal and you should not be charging additional fees for ordering online. calling the store was no help either. went through multiple voice prompts and was left on hold. after getting tired of waiting and no one coming out, I had to physically go into store with my toddler to retrieve order. food was cold and boneless chicken wings tasted undercooked. i have been to other PH locations with no issue. unfortunately I was dissatisfied with this experience.
I placed an order of a large pizza, but unfortunately, one of the kitchen workers did not wear their mask. I thought they were supposed to wear masks especially during these times. I was quite disappointment and concerned. Although I did not request a refund, I do not have intentions of coming back here.
I would like if you can actually fully cook my wings. They were completely raw when I received them. Tried calling the store multiple times and no one answered my calls.
What can you say I ordered on line to pick up & it works great for me . I accumulated points every time I order pizza & in hard times It helps me & family . Pan crust pepperoni jalapenos my favorite with extra cheese .
pizza was cold, it took 45 minutes to get here. the girl said you were short on helpers or delivery drivers. usually good pizza though. better luck next time. thank you.
Horrible horrible service ever and we will definitely stick with Domino’s from now on. Ordered online at 8:25pm Friday, by 11:19pm I’m calling Pizza Hut to find out what happened to our order. No answer, couldn’t get anyone to answer why? My daughter ended up going over there by 11:52pm and was told they came out but no no answered the phone. I’m sitting in my front room waiting in the window patiently, looking in my cameras and still no delivery person. By this time over 3 hours later, I’m hungry and irate literally, I called cursing anyone who answered for lying to my daughters face. I give a NO STAR! Horrible disgusting service
