As a business owner I would never allow any employees to run my store with such disrespectful employees and management. Customer service is always a must anywhere. For a store not to have any kind of communication and control of their own drivers is unacceptable. I'm sure this stores numbers will say it all. I would fire the whole store and hire more responsible workers. This store is full off immature employees. The brand Papa John's is better than that.
This place is the most horrible place to order a pizza. There is absolutely no customer service in this store and these are the worst employees on Earth. I ordered delivery and their pizza tracker said it had been on the way for over an hour. I call and a girl says "ummm he left 15 mins ago he should be there any min" 25 mins go by I'm standing at my door waiting. So I call again and she tells me my pizza was delivered, no it wasn't. At that point I had been waiting for over 2 hours. She tells me no one can get in touch with the driver and she offers me a coupon for the next time and I'm like I need a refund. I told her how unacceptable that is that no one in the store can tell me where my pizzas are and this girl starts yelling at me at the top of her lungs over the phone, getting all crazy. I ask to speak to the manager and she just laughs. Manager was no better to talk to, not one apology given. When you work in food sometimes you have to put yourself in the customers shoes. An apology goes a long when when someone pays for a meal, pays a delivery fee, and even tips and then never gets their food. These people will yell and laugh at you instead
Ordered a delivery payed $65 dollars for it to be delivered we ordered at 10:50pm and we waited about almost 1hr for them to deliver it and called papa johns and now they are saying are ordered is canceled they couldn’t even call me to tell us they canceled it and now I won’t get the money back for 3bussiness days don’t go to the place it’s has bad service VERY VERY BAD SERVICE
Imma be very honest ive always ordered pizza hut or domino's and it just so happen the papa johns was the only pizza place open and that still made deliveries at 11pm so i ordered a deluxe/specialty some baked traditional plain wings and some fudge brownies and lemme tell you I LOVED IT the food was delivered HOT not warm like straight out the oven hot the wings were ???the brownies are ??? everything was soooo delicious now papa johns is my NEW AND ONLY PLACE I WILL ORDER DELIVERY PIZZA FROM ???
Was very disappointed I can say about four strips of bacon supposed to be a New York style pizza no and people making the food need to wash their hands and put hair nets on it seem like they touch their face and then started making dough was not very happy with this place and it could taste better come on Shaq do better

My first time visiting this location. Staff was friendly, my order was fresh and ready on time. I will definitely return here for my next order.
I ordered 2 Shaq-a-Roni pizzas they were suppose to have extra pepperoni and extra cheese they both look like regular pizzas. We were excited to try the new pizzas because on the advertising it looks so good. I spoke to the cashier which was nice and apologetic. Then another worker took the pizzas to the manager on duty, as he’s looking at the pizza, he looks at us crazy, then approaches us and says “what’s the problem” and we explained how the pizzas look like regular pizzas, no extra cheese and it wasn’t even hot. This manager could care less he just told us this is how it comes. Didn’t offer to remake it or anything. I just left because at that point I didn’t trust him to redo it. When I got home we heated the pizza and added the extra cheese. I won’t be back. I can make my own pizza at home and it will be better than what I just paid for.
