I called the location and spoke with a female supervisor, asking if the hours of operation are correct listed on Google. She stated yes, and that the dinning area was open till 10pm, Drive thru open till 10:30pm. So, I asked her, if I came in at 9pm I can still dine in, She said Yes. So, I showed up @8:15pm, I saw two employees leave and the Kitchen staff was on point. But, when customers started arriving, ordering and started to dine in. All of a sudden, The Panda Express employee started closing the restroom around 8:45pm. Like, really?? My girlfriend is handicapped and the young man didn't even take in any cleaning supplies to the restrooms. It seems he got lost in the restrooms. By 9:00pm, the female supervisor started locking the doors to the dining area. I told her I was the individual that had called earlier in regards to the dining hours. My answer in return was they were understaffed and had to close the dining area. Bogus answer to me. Same staff was working in the store when it was busy. I believe the owners or corporate need to review surveillance systems and look at supervisor handling during high volume customer traffic. And the staff seemed like they didn't want anymore walk-ins, just a drive thru service... I told management they should do better customer service during walk-in hours.
Their food was so hard and dry !!! Now I remember why I couldn't stand Panda Express! The only thing that came good out of it was the drink. NEVER GOING BACK!!!!
Fast hot and tasty, just what I was after. Surprisingly busy but that's to be expected on a long Costco weekend. I'll be back. MAN those chicken eggrolls are good!
I had placed my order through DoorDash. Once I revived my plate and I was putting sauce on top. I realized there was a piece of hair. I’m literally starving. I called them numerous times to speak w the manager. They haven’t answered. I called more than 3x. Super unprofessional. And now I have nothing to eat for my lunch !!
Food is good. Service is a hit or miss,sometimes they're in a hurry and don't give you your whole order
For one the cashier at the drive thru was extremely rude. Then I get home and realized they charged me for my order and someone else's order having me spend like 80 dollars at a fast food restaurant. Go to call the store to talk to someone to resolve it no one answers. Never again!!
Truly pathetic excuse for a bowl. String bean and chicken breast? Really?Where is the chicken at?I returned my hotel room, open the bowl and BOOM ? . 3 pieces of chicken the same size and thickness of a quarter. And approx 75 string beans.
Of the 8 things in the menu in drive thru, 6 of them weren't ready (20min wait) that's at 3p in the afternoon. Dinning room closed. No orange chicken for 20 mins.... How?
Love Panda Express. Went for Christmas dinner, so glad they were open. Beef and broccoli, Kung Pow chicken delicious! Customer service was great! Would have given 5 stars but the rice had a burnt taste.
Modest portions but good food for fast food Chinese bar. Beijing beef and almond chicken is where it's at for me
