Had dinner with the fam after my sons graduation. Haven’t been in years and mad about it. The family we were in back of had ‘bout 5 kids…that were literally running everywhere, like it was a barbecue and picnic tables, grass and track turf. Like it was recess or something. They just sat there talking and talking while the kids cleared the isle engaging in tag and wrestling. My children kept looking at them and I kept giving them that, ‘I wish you would embarrass me, don’t EVER try it’ face. Other than the loudness and employees failure to say anything to them…that was the night. Yea, food was great.
My online to go order came out 16 minutes after I was notified it would be ready. Items were missing for my order. When I opened the food items they did include, the sauce on the pasta was luke warm and the pasta itself was cold. I am not sure how long it had been sitting before it was taken to my vehicle but this was the first and will be the last time I order from this location.
I haven't eaten here in a while so came down on a random Sunday for some appetizers and drinks and wow was a this place busy! I barely could get a seat at the bar but so glad I did. Ebony the bartender for the day was so nice. Despite being super busy (and apparently pulling a double shift since I overheard the 2nd shift bartender never showed up) she always made sure to check up on everyone sitting at the bar making sure their drinks were full, and the fresh bread was always out. I wasn't sure which drinks to try and she suggested the Italian Margarita. When I tell you this drink was dangerously delicious oooh buddy! I had 2 more it was so good! I also tried the Italian punch? I think it was called honestly not sure but every drink Ebony suggested and made was fantastic. Soup and bread was delicious as always and appetizers arrived hot & fresh every timeGreat friendly service, good food and strong drinks ?? definitely will be coming back.
Great place. Staff very friendly and helpful. No wait time. Definitely be back. I got the chicken masala. Wife had shrimp ? Alfredo. (Sorry no pictures)
Food was great. The food was well prepared and delicious. The salad stood no chance. For real even the salad was good. We did go overboard on what we ordered so we did leave a lot unfinished. Eat breakfast before heading out for the day or else you'll order more than you should. That's on us. On the bright side we had leftovers for the next day.Service was nice. When we went they were understaffed and doing their best to serve and accommodate every one. There were a few mishaps that happened while we were there but the staff handled things beautifully. A table across from us dropped and broke a glass. A child forgot a sweater. Our drinks were dropped while being refilled. Each of these things were taken care of without a hitch, well except for the guy that dropped the drink, he was wet.Would eat there again.
There was awaiting time if 29-25 min.Table was ready in 12 minutesNatalie our server was friendly, accommodating and professional Food was abundant and bread sticks were hot?
Bad customer service and the two grils that are in the front desk very rude even with the kids.Very unprofecional most the white girl
The Menu And The Food Was The Worst. This Was A Go To For Years For My Family After Church Or For Just Dinner. But Not Anymore Just Horrible And A Waste Of Money And Time. Was Offered A Lunch Menu Instead Of A Dinner Menu. Nothing Was Worth Eating Including The Bread. When A Family Have To Ask For Silverware, Napkins, And Any Setting Requires A Full Set Of Silverware. Watered Down Soup, Awful And Spaghetti And Meat Sauce Disgusting.
recently, the pass couple of years this location has gone REALLY down hill!Service always sucks, the food isn’t always tasty (how the F does a chicken Alfredo taste like garbage?)The employees don’t have any sense of urgency or customer service. If they hate dealing with people warehouse jobs are always available.
Former employee here from Olive Garden, just to start off the general manager Jessica Wallace is a passive aggressive, inconsiderate manager. Secondly, i have heard the management at the Moreno Valley Olive Garden location is allowing All employees who have tested positive and ones who are still positive to return back to work after they’re not feeling “physically” sick but could still be Covid positive. It just concerns me that they’re not following health regulations properly as they should considering this is also a restaurant Where food gets passed around as easy as germs.
