Funny story on how I encountered Mr Blue donut shop. I work graveyard and was coming home from work. I was a bit hungry so I had a quick pit stop at the 7/11 across the way but ironically the 7/11 was closed. I look across the plaza and see the Bright Donut sign illuminating bright early in the morning calling me over. I drop by curious and was welcomed by great costumer service. I ordered a half dozen of donuts and a croissant bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. Idk if I was just hungry but holy cow those were the best donuts I’ve ever had in my life. They were so soft and airy with a hint of a crispy texture. The taste was spectacular. The sandwich was crispy and gooey with cheese and the egg was perfect. The bacon perfectly cooked and not overly crispy, by far on of the best food experiences in my life. Thank you Mr Blue, I’ll be a regular for now on.
