Delicious food but worst customer service! I went with my family ordered 2 adult plates and 1 kids plate for my daughter my son is 3 which he didn’t have to pay for a plate. So the lady questions me about his age. I tell her his DOB. Than when I’m fixing my daughters plate she tells me I could only put on the bowl with what “she chooses”. First of all that’s my daughter she’s just turned 6 and I know what she likes and what she can and cannot eat due to allergies! Than my husband orders a sprite and coke for us (my kids have they’re water bottle) and she tells us she’s not giving us refills because she assumed we were going to share our drinks with children. We were to the point of just leaving without eating and paying our food but my pregnancy craving made us stay! Not sure if I would go back but the food was delicious
The lady is very rude for one , I come here a lot .I get 2 bowls and it comes out to $16 and some change total amount after taxes , but this time I ordered 4 bowls and it came out to $39 and some change , clearly she added more to my bill it might be a couple of bucks but it’s the principle for me ,Not to mention her Watching as if we’re gonna steal something, it’s starting to be a Hassle coming here , I think it’s time to start looking for another Mongolian spot !
They make the best spicy wing when done right. If it's supposed to be spicy then don't be stingy with the peppers! The lady that takes the order is the RUDEST PERSON EVER!!!! WE ORDER THE WINGS ALL THE TIME BUT TODAY I FELT SHE DIDN'T WANT US TO DINE IN WE ASKED FOR A TABLE AND SHE SAID IT WASN'T ANY AVAILABLE BUT CLEARLY IT WAS. SHE MADE US PAY UP FRONT AND EVERYONE ELSE PAID AFTER THEY ATE. WE COULD GET OUR SOUP OR DRINKS MY DAUGHTER TRY TO GET HER ATTENTION ABOUT OUR PLACE MAT AND FORKS AND SHE SNAPPED AT HER AND SERVED THE PEOPLE WHO CAME IN Way after us?♀️ she just ignored us the whole time with an attitude! REMEMBER THIS IS OUR COMMUNITY AND WE SPEND MONEY IN UR ESTABLISHMENT!!!!
This place is da bomb! I am vegan and the veggie selection is great! I will definitely be coming back if I am in the area. Staff is very friendly as well !
The concept of this restaurant is there… however the sauces available are more like teriyaki rather than true Magnolian BBQ. Owner (I asume) watches you like a hawk and does Not have a lot of hospitality. Did not dine in, place could use a deep clean.We tried it twice, same experience every time.
Today was my 1st time ordering from here and I ordered General Tso's chicken for myself, chow fun for my brother and chicken teriyaki bowl for my Mom. When I ordered there was only a couple people in the establishment and I waited less than 10 minutes for my order, but it was really good and feeling, so I recommend it if you've never been and I'm sure I'll go back
Omg reasonable prices...large portions too...The Singapore Rice Noodles with chicken and shrimp in a special spicy yellow curry sauce so so delicious...Definitely must try....
I’m giving this place a 1 star. The bowls are too small to serve anything. We paid for our food before hand. And we had asked for a little more noodles. And the lady that’s at the cashier, said “no” then when she was giving us our food she tossed it to us. Another customer noticed!!We’ve been coming here but definitely not coming back or my family! Luckily there’s another Mongolian BBQ opening up in town at the food court! Will give them a try :)
No more all you can eat and prices went up. In my opinion the noodles don't taste so good, I mainly get vegetables and tofu.
