Rushed when ordering, came to $11.18 wow!!! Charged .49¢ for Mac sauce, yet no credit for deleted condiments, that's just wrong period!!! Mentioned I had the 18¢ ignored, given a fist full of change without counting it back, guess everiis less for more these days, asked for a quarter pounder with cheese plain ad Mac sauce, patty was dry and cold and two full squirts if sauce on each bun, what a mess hope I don't get any on my pants, last trip to this place that's a fact!!! One more mickey d's scratched off my list. Not many left
Hate leaving Bad reviews but todays order was Horrid and didn't realize until home.. The fries both orders were burnt and the McDoubles were a mess, the 2 of the four patties were torn in half, and i requested extra Ketchup mustard and pickles of which there wasn't any. The McDoubles were also cold and taates Old.. Will not be returning anytime soon.
This location is ridiculous!! I waited over an hour last night in the Drive-Thru for my food because the line was so long so the least I can expect with some freshly made food but no I got the opposite and my drink was watered down. I asked for fresh fries in the window and had a way to extra 10 minutes just for a side of tartar sauce maybe an hour and 25 minutes total there in the line. Only to get some food that has been sitting around was not fresh at all just thought I'd share this ridiculous experience if you come at night time you're probably going to go to the same stuf
They need to either hire someone who can clean up since there getting paid $16 or more that’s more that hard working jobs. This place is disgusting and dirty inhumane. If I was the manager I would put people to work or they would be fired. This is ridiculous.
This McDonald's was pretty dirty. 80%of the tables were dirty and there was trash on the floor ( food crumbs, napkins, straws). I brought my grandson here and had to look for a decent table that was somewhat clean. I asked the employee who took my order if there was a clean high chair for my grandson because the high chairs were dirty. The employee stated, " sorry we have no clean chairs." A dirty McDonald's with bad service. Even worse, there was a lady in the dining area doing paperwork. I overheard her say she was the new restaurant's manager. She obviously saw how dirty things were in the dining area but did not care. She finished her paperwork and left. Sorry, pictures came out dark. There was even a homeless person laying down on the other side of the dining area. He was asleep and smelled like urine.
Take for ever and it alway looks beat up in here. Worst McDonald’s ever!!
This morning after waiting in a very long drive-thru line….. one that ended near the entrance and exit near Chase Bank, I finally got my food and it had a long strand of hair in it. The only reason I noticed it is because I happened to pick up the sandwich and it was easy to see due to the yellow paper it’s wrapped in. I pulled it slightly to see how long it was and I got disgusted. I just don’t know if they are wearing bonnets or hair nets at all. I spoke with a manager who just offered me a replacement meal. It’s just after spending 30 minutes in a line, to get hair in your food and returning for another long line…. Just doesn’t make me feel happy or like my experience is compensated. They should have offered like a get to the front of the line pass. You can always replace money but time, can’t be replaced.
How the heck did I get a Big Mac bundle and the Big Macs only have 1 meat patty, no cheese? Chicken nuggets were undercooked has to throw them away.This place has the worst service also a week ago I went and was charge twice for 1 order.
Do not go to this McDonald’s past 5pm. The line is so ridiculously long it’s not worth it. I had a late night soft serve craving and literally waited 43 minutes in line at the drive thru (I set a stopwatch) just to be told that the machine is broken. The lobby is always closed so you can’t just go in and skip the line. Don’t go it’s not worth it. It’s been like this for the past year
It's recommended that the customer order from the kiosk, in order to speed the process up at the counter. I ordered as asked, waited in the long line. Once it was my turn to get my two Sundaes; I was told that the Ice-cream Machine was broken.Try examining that too my lil grandson, who.patiently waited.How about putting an out of order sign on the machine.
