Waited 15 minutes to place an order finally decided to use the restroom and leave without ordering because I have yet to hear anyone even say "I will be right with you." The quality of McDonald's food isn't good enough for me to wait to get stale fries and an attitude. I would rather drive to in n out and wait in line at least someone will take my order before 30 minutes passes....
I have never had so many problems with McDonalds as I have had with this place. Honestly this place needs an overhaul of employees and maybe management. I always have too check my bags cause there is always something missing. I dont even order from the delivery services anymore because I always have to report missing items and I know its not the delivery service. I still like the food and sharable menu is good wish there was more options to pick from. The stars are for the food not service
I am constantly asking myself what is it with young employees and their lack of work ethics in every fast food place... But this McDonalds especially needs to change the way they do things. Everything was going great, a young man gave me my order, but I ALWAYS CHECK what is inside my bag before I leave the place completely. I can understand that sometimes they can forget a thing or two, its understandable, they are working under pressure. I was kind enough to park and go inside the restaurant to ask if they could check my order again and give me what I was missing. The manager was the one talking to me.... she was so rude, the way she spoke and the way she even tried to question if what I was saying was true!!! Please, be kind!!!!
This is the first time I am satisfied with this McDonald's. I didn't catch the people's name. The kid giving the food he was very nice very pleasant very courteous. Young black man around 10:45 p.m.
This is the best McDonald's I have EVER been to. Today is March 16 and it's 2:41. The man who gave us our food was the nicest guy I have ever met at a McDonald's in my entire life. He was a young black gentleman, and I feel awful that I didn't catch his name. But he was so nice. My grandma was in the driver seat and he handed us our drinks and made sure she had hold on them, he noticed they were dripping a bit and quickly handed us some napkins. He was just the nicest guy ever. I'd happily come back here again. I can't even explain how nice he was. He was just the best. Everyone seemed to be so kind, he was just went out of his way to be extra nice to us. I'm so happy!
I miss the old school Characters. But the new remolded Restaurant s are Beautiful. Love the Filet Fish Sandwich and the $2 Smoothies.
02/19/2022 10:05 amWe got in line at 9:25 am and we got our food at 9:55 am. That is 30 minutes waiting. This is a very simple job and I don't understand why they can't do it fast. I am 100% sure that I can do better job by my self than all of you together. The place in not clean and the persons in cashier talk so low and you can't even hear them. This place needs to get better.
I always come to this location since it's close to my house. The wait is usually not too bad. Today I had been helped by a man named Tommie at around 9:40pm, he was not only helpful but also polite. It was a busy rush for them & I had been skipped to place my order (being there are 2 lanes) which I totally understand they get very busy. After I was skipped twice I drove up & explained to Tommie what happened. He had no attitude whatsoever and placed my order right away. My order was simple but very appreciated how the situation was handle. Thanks Tommie!
Horrible horrible horrible service… I never wrote reviews but this place just deserved 10 more minutes of my time to write this review. 30 minutes in the drive thru line for them to give me sparkling water instead of sprite but not just any regular water (water with black particles) and a flat Diet Coke ? this specific location always has slow service no matter what time or day you go.
Sat in the drive-thru for quite a long time, and so got tired of waiting, and exited. This particular McDonald's has difficulty keeping the hired help around. I don't know if it's general malaise or apathy within the working class, the culture within the store, or a bit of both. Either way, it doesn't make for a desirable place to order food. It's so close, but I may need to take my business, elsewhere.
