Came and order at 11:15 and left at 11:50 am. First, the black girl dropped someone else’s food in front of us while we were waiting, second, I ordered the two Big Macs( two chicken nuggets fries) once I got my food I didn’t receive my fries. My boyfriend had to go in and told me that the lady at the front tried to give him one large fry, and tried saying “ I gave you both fries.” Third, when my boyfriend went in the second time because they forgot the straws, the guy at the front was just standing around clueless. Likeeee GET NEW EMPLOYEES! I work in retail and can do a WAY better job then these clowns that were hired. Fr all these employees need is a clown suit. Took too long and on top of that the black girl with braids kept messing up people’s orders and dropping it. Had it been me, she would’ve been fired for wasting peoples time thinking it’s funny and sighing like she can’t handle it. HIRE PEOPLE WITH ACTUAL EXPERIENCE NOT PEOPLE YOU FOUND OFF THE STREET OR CRAIGSLIST ??♀️
This place is pretty bad. So bad that I believe a call to the health inspector should be made.In addition to the poor service and dirty tables, they always do things like undercook the fries, resulting in me throwing them away when I get home because they are completely and totally inedible.But…who cares…isn’t that the general attitude?It’s just my money poured down the drain, not yours, and wasted food. No big deal, right? After all, it’s not like hunger and poverty (or going back to the restaurant to get the right order, wasting gas) is a problem these days.I could go into the fact that they totally resent me for actually asking for cooked food (so selfish and cruel of me, I know) but I think I’ll stop there.This restaurant’s staffing and management has absolutely no pride in their work and they just don’t care. It is a pathetic, shameful disgrace to the franchise.I will never go back there. Besides, thanks to the staffing crisis and general economic malaise, it’s becoming way too inconvenient and expensive to eat there anyway.
asked for a frappe and it seems like they never have it because the “machine is broken” but then i see them handing someone a frappe so they lied so they didn’t have to make more plus i was late to work waiting in the drive thru for almost an hour . i really liked this mcdonald’s but it seems that the drive thru and the staff is getting lazier. i preferred this place more than any other mcdonald’s in moreno valley and now i’m just choosing to not go to any at all. i’m very disappointed
I had trouble on waiting to be served. The manager was not friendly at all. I had to approach her more than once to clean the tables. The person on the cash register was doing everything including cleaning the tables as well.
They are very friendly to the homeless, showing no such prejudice like the majority of businesses in this complex. They are fast, efficient, and professional as well.
I'd likes to spending time with my food and drink but reason closing time since 1️⃣ year after COVID-19, I've ordered it by my McDonald's apps ? and had to go to pick-up then to go find somewhere to sit a place to place where I've eats it on the outdoors table. COVID-19 is so Ssucks it. I wish it will gone to returns to normal way.
Food was good. No order mess ups. I got here a few times a week. Just have long lines.
Ordered cheeseburger combo with extra onions and large fries with extra salt since I feel like they're always lacking here. The cheeseburgers barely had onions on them and the bread wasn't even toasted. It felt rubbery. And they gave us kids meal fries! We had to go back and request our large and they were heavily understand salted and flimsy, not even fried. It's absurd that they make a mistake and don't even make an effort when they "correct" it.
Got in line at the drive thru for 2 mcflurries and somehow it ended up taking 25 minutes! Then, at the very last window they tell us they don't have mcflurries and ask if we want a replacement. We order 2 iced mochas. They were terrible!! No whipped cream, and the chocolate wasn't mixed and all stuck at the bottom. Worst iced mocha I've had. Very dissatisfied with this McDonald's.
Something needs to be done about drive thru, it's not a big enough area and cars are constantly blocking entrance/exit through parking lot. The cashier's talk to much about messed up orders or how some customer was " wrong", or what they did while out and not enough focus on getting orders out, With other customers waiting and asking if their order was ready...
