WORST LOCATION IN MORENO VALLEY AND SO FAR THE WORST MC DONALDS I EVER BEEN TO TBAT I DRIVE AWAY JUST TO GET GOOD SERVICE AND HAVE MY FOOD MADE RIGHT WITHOUT ANY MISTAKES OR BEING COLD. STAY AWAY AND TAKE A DRIVE TO ANOTHER MC DONALS. GENERAL MANGERS RUNNING THIS REGION SHOULD FEEL ASHAMED.
Aranza, thank you for coming through to save my day even the littlest gestures of customer service mean the most to me as I, myself work in customer service. You were able to turn the situation around quickly effectively and most importantly professionally and I get it people are training and we all have an opportunity to learn and be better but the kindness you showed me was great because I felt taken care of and the drink was so kind of you as well. Fries were cold and tasted like they had been there all night so I sent them back. The new fries weren't much better. Ordered 6pc nuggets with sweet & sour sauce, instead I received 4 tangy barbeque which I said I didn't want. Of courses the shake machine was down and my request for extra ice in my coke was ignored. If I could give no stars that's what I would have done. I mat as well have said just give me what you want, placing an order from this place was a joke.
The drive thru was packed but we got thru quickly. Our order was right but our hashbrowns were very under cooked. I guess that's how they were moving cars so quickly lol.

This location has to be the worst. Rude workers and nasty food. I stopped patronizing this location for years but thought, let me give it another shot today. Nope… Nothing has changed. After waiting about 20 minutes in line, they parked me and this was my reward. A burnt, spicy chicken sandwich. I tried calling the restaurant but the line, of course is busy. Save your time and money. Like I will be doing for now on.
Food was OK even by McDonald’s standards, and the drive through took over 9 minutes to get through. It may have been just an off day, but there didn’t to be any problem… just a slow crew. Which in that case come on management! Get ur crew some help.
Wanting good, quick food I thought McDonald’s would be a good choice. I was wrong. At the Perris blvd location, approximately 12 a.m. I ordered two deluxe chicken meals, both sandwiches were chewy, cold and sloppily made. The BBQ sauce package was covered with other opened BBQ sauce making them disgusting to touch. And to top it all off, the world famous McDonald’s fries were over cooked and again, cold. I have had good food from this location before but after tonight, I might get a burrito next time I want a late night meal.
I usually order from this place and it isn't too much of a bad thing, I thought I'd get all my items and have a comfy morning. To which I received caramel hot chocolate which tasted purely of water, instead of the holiday pie I ordered they just put cookies in a bag, my fries were crunchy and cold I couldn't even eat them. The only edible thing was the burgers, I spent 19 dollars and could only get a refund of 5 with their mess up. I feel cheated.
I was in line for 20mins before I ordered. They didn't have items available. After I got my food everything was cold. Cheese was not even melted on the burger, the bun was hard. I ordered a sprite and received water. If I wasn't so tired from working and waiting in line I would've gone back. This is ridiculous.
