The wait is ridiculously long and not hot and ready. :( the last time I ordered, they said that my name was not in the system and I had to wait another hour to have one pizza and breadsticks made. Another time was when I ordered and I waited an hour and a half because they forgot my order. The pizza is not sliced well, and there was barely any sauce on them, and tasted like an old pizza that’s been sitting there. Staff is rude and slow. Do not go to this one anymore, it’s wack
Terrible just terrible. Poor management there is a thousand workers in the back and still takes 2 hrs to get a pizza. They don’t even put the pizzas in the pizza portal there was about 6 people walk in that checked for their order there and when they asked , the manager didn’t even bother checking he just stood there with his hands in his pocket and said if it’s not in there it’s not ready yet then they Asked how much longer and he goes to go check and lo’ ‘n behol’ they were just sitting there on the counter like dude come on seriously? Line was all the way outside. This is pretty bad they gotta get it together. I was still there for an hour after I was told it would be ready in 10 minutes and still hadn’t gotten it.
Oh my goodness!!!! I pre-ordered online at 2:30pm for 5 pizzas on a Thursday. I set the pickup time for 6:15pm that evening so I could be at my party at 6:30pm. When I got there at 6:15pm, the pizzas were not completely made yet and I ended up waiting. I got the confirmation that my pizzas were ready for pickup at 6:45pm.
Store is going downhill. Always crowded with a line out the door sometimes. The quality of the pizza has dropped drastically. My last two orders after waiting a usual 45 mins were not edible. Check your pizza to make sure it's not burnt before you leave.
This used to be my go to because it was simple and they were always ready even if I didn’t order through the app. Now you have little kids running the place, I since then I’ve ordered even an hour early before I work and they didn’t even have my order ready. They might as well not even be open since I can’t just walk in and ask for a pizza. Like I said to me this would’ve been all five stars I’ve never had a problem now you got kids goofing around in the back wondering why we are frustrated, Im surprised no one has yelled at them for that
Honestly dont bother wasting your time here. I’ve ordered online to avoid their waiting time in my car but instead I still find myself waiting for almost an hour from the time it says my order is ready for pickup (literally almost a 2hour wait just from ordering online). Not just that, I wait for a ridiculous amount of time just for my order to be wrong. The worst place to order pizza and seriously a joke.
I can just say due to waiting far longer for a simple classic pizza and crazy bread, its been over 30 minutes after placing the order online and many people didn't wait and had their orders done already. Even way more pizza too and all.Just a terrible experience for now on wait time and probably may stay away for now until things are resolved in their ordering and not having hot and ready pizza shortages.
Extremely annoyed. Ordered one pizza at 3pm for pickup at 6pm. Got nothing on email, so I drove in at 6:15pm. They hadn’t even started my pizza yet. Just leaving with my pizza at 6:50pm. Saw so many people get pizzas and leave. I have no words.Note: Pizza was undercooked, dough was almost raw, and pizza was not even cut. Very unimpressed.
Poor management, clown employees I think they are at their wrong job. Instead of preparing Pizzas they just get behind with all the orders. Always crowded since people cant just get their pizza and leave, no Hot n Ready pizzas more than 2 hour wait to eat a pizza. Seriously??? I just asked for a refund. I ended up ordering on pizza hut. $12 more but I had a pizza for sure in 25min. So please think twice before heading to this place besides windows and counter tops are super dirty can imagine in the back table where they prepare pizzas. If they dont have enough time to do a pizza I dont think they have time to clean or even wash their hands. Very dissapointed.
Beware! No hot and ready pizzas... More than 3 hiurs to pick up an online order. Employees are just laughin and chatting instead of preparing orders. Really bad manegment.
