The worst place to get pizza. We ordered around 530 thinking we would beat the rush. Wrong, our order was done at 6pm it was 7pm and we were still waiting. We order 1 pizza, they had no manager. I feel bad for the people that work there, what kind of manager leaves the staff alone to figure it out. Never ordering here again

Bad customer service. Pizza was supposed to be done at 6:40 pm and the worker cancelled my order at 7:05 pm because my pizza was not ready.

This is the worst little Caesars around how do you expect to do business when you have a sign says no walk-ins and your staff is standing around not even doing anything and the ones that are doing anything or moving slow as hell and all of them are on their phones totally unprofessional they should really fire the whole staff and hire new people if could give zero stars I would
EDIT: (THEY BURNED MY PIZZA ? DIDNT SEE TIL I GOT HOME IM REALLY SAD THIS MADE ME REALLY UPSET I CRIED A LITTLE) pizza is always super quick to get there’s just one downside. the price for a pizza is no longer $5 like it was for a long time which sucks but other than that it’s a good deal for pizza
On Saturday January 8th, 2022 around 8 pm. My daughter and I entered into little caesar's wanting to place an order to go. Our first mistake was thinking after we stood in line for about 15 minutes that we would be able to place an order even for a later pick up. But little did we know we would be told we couldn't place an order because their online orders were so backed up they couldn't take any walk in orders. Mind you there were no notices on the door or registers. And only after being insulted by their employee named Ashley who made it very clear to an entire room full of customers that she was being extremely rude and disrespectful to...she made it very clear in telling me she was behind in 30 online orders and was very frustrated and under staffed and she had no time for walk ins and only after asking her where are the signs saying no walk- in orders did she walk behind the oven area come back and post a sign that said no walk ins and PROCEEDS to tell me the sign was for those that can read. By this time my daughter suggested she didn't have to take her frustrations out on her customers and that there was no need to be rude to customers at all just trying to place orders from this establishment. And we weren't the only ones that got treated poorly. One lady before was just trying to buy garlic butter for her aleady paid for pizza order and Ashley refused to sell her even something so small. Instead she argued with the customer disregarding her request and telling the lady her registers aren't even on or working right now, so I can't sell you anything anyways. The poor lady was forced to just leave without getting further service. Again no one cursed or was rude to this employee. But yet customer after customer we all experienced the wrath and frustration of your employee Ashley at the perris Blvd store in moreno valley, Ca location in the food for less plaza area. Sadly that employee should be fired for actions against paying customers and furthermore against her fellow employees being cursed at and talked to extremely rude by this Ashley employee. I just pray something is done because this location used to be alright but as of that day my family and I and everyone I know won't patronize that little caesar's ever again. This place is just sad and a huge disappointment to the little ceasar franchise. No hot n ready in there and no walk in orders allowed.smh. This plaace gets NO stars from me but I had to put 1 star because the app won't let me do a review without a star.smh save your money... GO to the next plaza by Bank of America plaza area... there is a Papa John's pizza with excellent service and friendly staff. Just FYI.

Little Caesars deep dish personal pizzas are very tasty!
They refuse to answer their phone and they hang up on you. When you show up go up to their business. The phone is ringing and they are doing nothing. Is showing negligence on answering their phone calls.
