This Mom & Pops shop was great but the quality has taken a dive & they increase their prices every month.
If I can give this place a zero Stars I would. My partner called to place an order and proceeded to ask if they had some type of Italian bread or bread with cheese, she rudely answered "we don't have any type of Italian bread here". He said okay I'll take any bread with cheese on it. Girl on the phone rudely asks again "anything else?" He said "no thanks" & finished the call by explaining that he needs to have an ID if paying with card. He listened to what she said and he hung up the phone. The person taking his order thought it was a good idea to call him back and proceed to shout "did you not hear what I just said?!" Stunned, he answered "yes, I heard you". She said "well you hung up". He said "I heard everything you said & hung up". He ask for a supervisor & she shouted " I am the manager!" Unsure what was said after.He called me & told me most of what happened & I called the store. A store manager named "Asusena" answered the telephone, refused to provide a name of the person taking his order to properly complain (who also imitated her on the phone saying she was the manager) & also didn't want to provide me with her superior's information. That is the bare minimum she can do after being so unprofessional towards us. Since attitude is what we got, bad reviews is what they deserve. I would be embarrassed to have this person running one of my stores. Hopefully this reaches the proper ears or eyes & these ladies don't think that it was just any other typical day on the job thinking they could talk to people like they're children. Shame on them!
I bought 5 orders of pepperoni pizza for my coworkers. The pizza was really good. I picked it up. Will be buying pizza again there.
The pizza was very delicious and warm and it was even better that they gave me 2 free pizzas with my order!

Over the past month the prices have increased each week. Yes, I saved my receipts! They're closed on Tuesdays now due to no staff availability so I guess they make it up by over charging their customers.
I like the pizza and cheese bread and they are fast.
Pizza is good. Service is bad. They never answer the phone. If they do they put you on hold for 30 mins. Overall service sucks really really bad!
90% of the time they make great pizza but like everything with high quantity the quality goes down.
Bad workers they give you an attitude for nor reason when asking a question they take so long now and the quality isn't the same since they opened another one just bad service need new workers I asked for hot wings and they gave me naked wings with a little dipping cup of buffalo and I asked for more sauce and she said it's 1.50 for another one it should be free since it's buffalo wings how do I eat wings dry smh never going again
