Manager was at the drive through window seemed to be in a very bad mood, they had no chicken at 3 pm I passed due to the manager demeanor. I do not recommend this please sadly is the only one in my area. I like the food but the customer service provided by Diana the manager leaves a lot to wish for. It’s a shame because the food is great.

KFC Spicy chicken is THE BEST so far.Sandwich was good and fresh the first 3 purchases.Original chicken box good too.Couldn’t give 5 stars because:1) last 2 times I purchased spicy chicken sandwich, it was not fresh; chicken was chewy, bread tasted old and had sauce was cooked into bread, not smeared on…. fresh2)fries not good and tasted old each time3) gave me water instead of lemonade(Sorry no photos… I was hungry)

This KFC location is more accessible than the store on Heacock, but I was told they were out of biscuits, so I could pick a second side dish, which I did. When my order was ready they informed me I wasn't getting a second side dish, instead I got two cookies (which the Heacock store gives you all the time).That's why I gave this location a 3 ⭐ rating because you don't offer the customer one thing, then go back on your word!

Horrible customer service don’t take inside orders only Drive-thru service very slow service prepare to waste gas waiting for 45 minutes Today Manager DISCRIMINATED ME AND REFUSED TO SERVICE ON DRIVETHRU after I asked him if a cupon was available I received via mail after waiting 45 minutes he’s gonna tell me I have to leave the drive-through because I told him can you guys please speak the process because there were so many cars since they were sending everybody to make their orders be a drive-through I just said can you guys speed the process he could’ve been professional and said yeah will do our best but no he decided to say I refuse to service you ?? That was very unprofessional very poor customer service can tell this person has no training and wouldn’t give me his name I can tell he was not a real man and was scare because he knows he did wrong. This happened 4/1/22 @7 refused service and discriminated me after asking if a coupon could be validated. But I donated money inside on a cup they had on register because they had a sign that someone had passed away like really I just donated inside and you told me to go outside and order and then send me away just wasted my 45 minutes and even threaten me to call the police on me never did I disrespected him or curse him out which I should’ve but I work in that industry before and I know Better.. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau for discrimination and not training their “manager” Real Managers Solve problems and give best customer service of customers keep coming back because they should not hire people that discriminate against any race please take your money to another business another branch don’t buy from this fast food place!! It’s more like slow food place and the staff there looked so unhappy.The gentleman that was taking my order after asking him to speak to the manager kind of got shut down I told them Karma will get them back for being professional but I would not go back and give them my money Because after all without the customer they would not have a job??‍♀️

Got a chicken sandwich and when we got home and I opened it up the bread was all wet , so threw that away. But later that night I got diarrhea and began throwing up. This was the only thing I ate that day. Was sick for a week. When I called them they hung up me first and when I did talk to a 'manager' all I got was to fill out an incident report. Will never go there again BAD FOOD AND BAD SERVICE, KFC YOU HAVE GONE DOWN AND YOU ARE AWFUL.

Second time I go and they again said that they didn't have any more chicken for family buckets, but they kept taking orders. If you are going to say that there is no more chicken, at least put a sign that says that. Horrible customer service as well, the lady at the drive thru was very annoyed of the long line and was very rude when speaking on the mic. Horrible service.

Today is Feb 11 2022 7:29. The one taking order at the drive through is rude. She have a stern voice to customers. Not friendly. I have a feeling the staff working at this location are lazy or they dont like their job. They should be grateful they have a job so they can pay their rent , car and put food on their table.

I did a mobile order 40 min prior to arriving at the store. I was notified by the girl operating the drive-thru window that my food was not ready and they would bring it to my car. I waited outside for ten min and decided to come in and check on my status. The gentleman that helped us was very polite but the girl operating the window that asked us to wait was just leaning on the window talking about how she “hates people” while our food was sitting there. I politely let her know I was missing a drink and she slammed the drink down on the counter. Our order was incorrect. We ordered an 8 piece and received a four, our mashed potatoes were missing and our fries were packaged upside down. I didn’t bother driving back. I have worked retail before so I understand we have bad days. Its just not fun from the customer side.

They claim they didn't have chicken sandwiches, but they advertise chicken sandwiches all the time. How do you not have a very popular item on your menu in stock?! STUPID

Ordered a 16 piece got eight for the price of fifty bucks won't ever go to this kfc again, and patiencely waited 15min for change on my order plus my sides were incomplete, you as corp. Need someone to investigate this store ahem.
