Went to KFC last night, waited in drive thru. It took a LONG time to order and get our food. When we paid for our dinner it was around 30.00! For 6 wings and 8 tenders. We changed it to 6 tenders, but it was still 25.00. When we got home to eat, my wings were dry and my husband only got 4 tenders. Totally not worth it. We have had problems with this KFC before, but this was the last straw.
Tried the Beyond Chicken from this location and I must say...it was very tasty! Not only tasty, but very filling as well. Very pleased ?
Ordered a bucket of strips for 20$ I got 10$ worth of tiny slider sandwich strips. I like KFC just not this one
It was 5:35 pm at this location and the clerk at drive-thru declared that she couldn't do two separate orders even though other locations can. I do not recommend this drive-thru.
Waited over 30 min for my order saw many cars get their order way before me. Asked for refund from manager and still had me wait 20 min more for that. Horrible service. All young were just talking and laughing while we waited. Nobody was in dining area. Very unacceptable. Won’t be returning
Awful service!!! If i were able to put 0 stars, i would. I was waiting in line at the drive thru to order for more around 15 minutes and nobody took my order. Cars moved up, so i moved thinking there was another ordering window. When i get to the window, they were giving me another order (by then there was a car behind me and that was his order) i told them the situation of what had happened and that i wanted to order. Their response was get back in line and order, we can't take your order here. I had already waited so long and hungry to receive that response, i asked to speak with the manager. The manager came who said his name was Abel. I told him the situation and he said the same thing, turned around and left. Completely ignored me. I kept waiting and one of the employees (woman) came and told me to move or they would call the cops. I wouldn't have mind waiting for cops to get there but i had no time and needed to get back to work, so i left.
Employees are the laziest I've ever encountered .... Was waiting in line to order and nobody helped , they acknowledged us and just walked away ....our order was never taken so myself and 2 other customers hard of me just walked away
Not like Mama's fried chicken, but still finger licking good. I love the weird gravey & coleslaw. Nothing tastes like KFC, and that is the attraction.
Right on time fresh Chicken and hot biscuits .
